"A truly wonderful stay.
The bedding was comfortable and very clean, and they even provided a fruit plate.
Also, I had to get up early to catch the boat, and I forgot my pearl necklace at the hotel, unable to return to the hotel at sea. The front desk and service staff worked from 6:50 AM to 10 AM to help me find it and send it to the hotel. Absolutely amazing! A huge thumbs up to New Century Grand Hotel! 👍"

"This hotel is nice. I stayed for two days, and the cleaning was very meticulous the second day. The eldest sister was very welcoming. The room was large and very clean. It also had a smart toilet. The service was fantastic! They contacted me in advance on the day of check-in to ask if I was traveling by high-speed rail or by car. We took a ferry from Nanji Island to Aojiang Pier, and the housekeeper came to pick us up at the pier. The service was truly excellent.
Tang-style tea service: When we checked in, a friendly lady served us tea while we waited. Very thoughtful.
