"A truly wonderful stay.
The bedding was comfortable and very clean, and they even provided a fruit plate.
Also, I had to get up early to catch the boat, and I forgot my pearl necklace at the hotel, unable to return to the hotel at sea. The front desk and service staff worked from 6:50 AM to 10 AM to help me find it and send it to the hotel. Absolutely amazing! A huge thumbs up to New Century Grand Hotel! 👍"

"To be honest, it's too bad
Facilities: The light switch is broken and cannot be turned off. It has been on all night and I cannot sleep. The curtains have fallen down and no one has repaired them. I am really impressed. The automatic curtains are broken and need to be pulled manually. The automatic toilet flushing is too stressful. *One thing, is there no one in the hotel to maintain, inspect and repair these things? Isn’t it true that the cleaning is not reported?
Service: I basically go back and stay once a week, but this facility is getting more and more disappointing"

Hot dishes, porridge, pasta, fruit are basically complete, the ingredients are fresh, and you can eat at ease. In the morning, you can eat a hot and normal breakfast. The whole person will be much better in a day, much better than just dealing with a bite.
The service is also in place, the attitude is gentle, and the needs can be responded in time. The overall stay is easy and practical. It is a very comfortable stay experience. I will give priority to this one next time."

The gym and washing machines/dryers on the 6th floor were clean and hygienic, making business trips very comfortable. Excellent! I'll definitely stay again.
