Then when I saw that the one I got was glass cleaner, I called the front desk a second time and asked if they had any disinfectant. I still used glass cleaner and the bathtub cover was delivered. Then again and again. After asking, I changed a bottle of all-purpose detergent for cleaning, and the shower water was hot and cold. As a five-star price, I felt that this service was inappropriate. I did not hear any apology letter. When I checked out the next day, I didn't apologize or anything. I took the initiative to point out that the bathtub in the room yesterday was dirty, so I just responded with a sentence. There is no drink in the refrigerator in the room. I don’t know if this is the case in other Kaiyuan. Overall, the bathtub problem made me angry. I didn’t take a photo. I was so angry that I forgot to only take a photo of the glass cleaner.
