"Except for the remote location, other aspects are good. If you are not in a hurry, it is worth staying here for a night. The hotel has a large interior area with lush greenery, making for a relaxing and pleasant experience. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also tastes good and the price is reasonable.
The only drawback is that the hotel's Sakura Island is charged separately, and the ticket price is quite high. The cherry blossoms were not in full bloom when I went there, so I didn't get to visit the island, which was a bit of a pity.
The lakeside cabin we stayed in this time was very tastefully designed with a bit of American country style. There was no TV in the room, but there were books, so I could spend quiet time with myself and the beautiful scenery in front of me. I personally enjoyed the time I spent here very much."

"Another great Atour stay. These hotels never let us down - good price, nice staff, great offers (free breakfast!), decent rooms. The beds are really comfortable - we actually ordered an Atour mattress at home from their Weixin page.
We stayed here as my partner had an exam at the university. There isn’t much in the area to recommend except the usual mall, restaurants etc. If you want to sightsee in Fuzhou you’d be better off staying close to the center."

"The room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive."

"There was a slightly plump lady at the front desk. We met her when we went to check out the room the night before, but unfortunately we didn't get to see her because it was full. The next morning, we put our luggage down and she greeted us warmly. She was the one who checked us in at night. She was really a hard-core Barbie. It felt like she had been working for 24 hours. She even asked us if we wanted it. Thanks to the big bathtub, we were so comfortable soaking our feet. The room environment was also great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling window was first-class. Thank you so much."

EdenYWI booked a room with a city view. I passed by other rooms and saw a lot of vacancies. Because the doors were all open, the front desk gave me a room that basically blocked the city view. It was all covered with iron bars. When I opened the door, a black man walked in. Question mark face. Please be careful about this, don't book that room, it's blocked by iron bars and very depressing.

The stay experience was very good, I must give the front desk lady, the little brother a big praise! From the moment I entered the door, I felt full of enthusiasm, the check-in was efficient and intimate, and I also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food and transportation. The room hygiene is impeccable, spotless, and even the corners are cleaned very clean, making people live in a particularly safe place. Service attitude and sanitary environment are called five-star standards, I will choose here next time!

Guest UserComing to Fuzhou for exams, the hotel is very nice! There is a table in the room for review, there is plenty of hot water for bathing, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the pillows are of the right height. Electric double curtains, double pine wardrobes at entrance. A fruit plate was also given. The room is well ventilated, with double windows. The overall feeling is very good.
The service was also very good. The admission ticket was not printed the night before, but the front desk helped print it. It's also very convenient to order food, drinks and stationery from Pu Pu. The two days of review were very peaceful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I stayed at Western Fortune Hotel Fuzhou Minhou and found it to be a solid, no-frills option. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though some parts of the room felt a bit dated. The location is quiet, which I liked, but it’s a bit far from the main city areas, so getting around took extra time. Staff were polite and helpful when needed, even if communication in English wasn’t always smooth. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it did the job. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re in the Minhou area and just need something comfortable and straightforward.

Guest UserFacilities: It has been open for a long time and has been newly renovated. The wireless 🛜 does not work at all. This is after changing the room. It does not work at all if you need to work or watch videos.
Hygiene: It's OK, the room lady is pretty good
Environment: There is a KTV next to it, the noise is quite loud, and the room is not well soundproofed
Service: Breakfast is limited, but it ends at 10pm. By 9pm, many things are gone. The two ladies are busy chatting, and you have to ask them for more, and they will reluctantly give you more.

The facilities are rather old, and as some netizens have mentioned, it is indeed a bit noisy, especially the room doors, which have no door cushioning, making a loud noise every time you step out. The hallway is also completely uninsulated. I especially want to complain about breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:00, the staff loudly announced they were closing up shop. They started clearing away many plates, completely disregarding the guests still seated. This was the first time I'd encountered such service.
