"The road to the hotel is wide and easy to drive on. The 'Cloud Viewing Room' is spacious with a great view, and the hot spring tub can comfortably fit two adults. The water from the showerhead felt silky, leaving my skin smooth and delicate after washing (though the water pressure was a bit low). The shampoo and conditioner were also excellent, making my hair soft and smooth. Water dispensers are available throughout the hotel, providing sparkling water, ice, and hot/cold water 24/7, which is very convenient. There are multiple hot spring pools, a spa, a steam room, and a massive swimming pool. If you get tired, hot and cold drinks are also provided. The air is fresh and the surroundings are beautiful. Overall, it's a high-quality trip perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle and relaxing both body and mind."

"Beautiful place with nice restaurants, cafes, gardens and DIY activities. We had enjoyable and interesting DIY experience doing the Indigo dyeing. Teacher are very patient. Each cottage is unique and the stay was very comfortable. Restaurants serves delicious vegetarian hot pot. Desserts at the cafe was pretty and yummy."

"The hotel is really clean, and the surrounding area is quiet. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to cross the street to get to the hot springs, and they require you to wear a swimming cap. The breakfast is definitely worth a shout-out – the setting is lovely, and there's a great variety of fresh food."

"This stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time."

"You can soak in the hot spring until you are full. There are many snacks nearby which are very convenient if you are hungry. Even if you want to have a late night snack, the whole family can walk to Erfu in 3-5 minutes. Breakfast is also Chinese and Western, so you can run out of gas. It’s really convenient to have a gas station right in front. However, there was construction during the day and it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it’s really nice👍It’s worth recommending👍"

"There are two room baths, which are wonderful, and the isolation from the room is firm and comfortable. It is a relatively new building and has a clean feeling. The only downside is that the refrigerator didn't get cold."

"This was a last-minute trip. I arrived at 7:30 PM and left early the next morning. I didn't meet the host; I called to pick up my keys and receive instructions. The location is in a neighborhood on a slope, so parking is easy to find in the alley. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The house is large, and the common area on the first floor is decorated with paintings and artwork. There's no extra furniture, so it's quite simple. It feels like a villa converted into a B&B. The room doors are like those in your own home, but the locks sometimes don't lock securely, so I have to try several times before going to bed to make sure they're locked. The room and bathroom were generally clean. I chose room 202, which has a large bathroom and is perfect for taking a bath in cold weather. The water pressure is decent, and the hot water comes quickly. However, the pillows tend to sag after a long time, so I need to change the angle every time I sleep. For the price, it's generally okay."
