It is recommended to contact the owner first at Shengxing Station. The location of the homestay is not very easy to find. There is a fork. The road in the parking lot is different from the road in the homestay. You can ask the owner to guide you, otherwise we will drive to the super narrow one-way street. It was a really a tremendous experience we had in cedarwood villa. The only way to get there is by driving but is well worth it for all. especially the room is big with japanese style setup & a wonderful onsen in the room which is a added bonus. No regret in book via trip.com Thank you Trip

This stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time.

You can soak in the hot spring until you are full. There are many snacks nearby which are very convenient if you are hungry. Even if you want to have a late night snack, the whole family can walk to Erfu in 3-5 minutes. Breakfast is also Chinese and Western, so you can run out of gas. It’s really convenient to have a gas station right in front. However, there was construction during the day and it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it’s really nice👍It’s worth recommending👍

The way of the set meal was very good, but the green vegetables were a little less. It was to be strengthened. The bathroom in the restaurant was also wet. This really needs to be strengthened. The best hot spring hotel in Taiwan! Definitely guarantee! Actually after visited slightly more then 50 hot spring hotels in the whole Taiwan, Sunrise Spring Hotel is probably the most underrated hotel, cause it has the best water in Taiwan, amazing sauna, beautiful location views, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with very comfortable price! Wish them good luck and successful business!

I was in such a rush that I accidentally went to the wrong hotel. Since I haven't had the chance to check in or experience the right place yet, I can't provide a rating. Apologies.

Traveling with family was a great experience. We didn't encounter any issues with mosquitoes or strong cigarette smoke, which I was initially worried about based on some reviews. We stayed in rooms 208 and 801, and as a party of four, we received two key cards. I'd suggest adding shower doors to the bathrooms. The breakfast is a simple buffet with 5 dishes, congee, and toast. It can get a bit crowded when there are a lot of people, so I recommend spreading out the food stations.
