Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very helpful and quick, and their attitude was friendly and professional throughout. "We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends. "

"I rarely write reviews, but after staying at Nanhu Hotel, I couldn't resist giving a proper evaluation! To sum it up: whether you're visiting Ma'anshan for business, official business, or as a couple, Nanhu Hotel is the top choice!!! Nanhu Hotel has been open for many years, and after a major renovation last year, it reopened at the end of December 25th. The rooms are all new and modern. This time, I stayed in a room on the 4th floor of Building A! The room size and layout were very reasonable! The smart toilet was a huge plus! The integrated control panel was incredibly convenient! There were control buttons and multiple charging ports on both sides of the bed, so two people wouldn't have to fight over charging or turning off the lights! The room heating was excellent; even with the windows open, it was still warm! If the room faces south and it happens to be a sunny day, you don't even need to turn on the air conditioner! As an older hotel with newly renovated rooms, I was initially worried about any unpleasant odors, but after three days, there wasn't a single smell! The room also had green plants and activated charcoal packets! Oh, and the hotel also has a self-service laundry room with two separate Little Swan washer-dryer machines! There's also a gym, though small, it's sufficient for basic training! However, since you're staying at the Nanhu Hotel, if you need to exercise, I highly recommend going to Nanhu Park, which is just a stone's throw away. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and breathe in the fresh air! Also, the room key cards at the Nanhu Hotel are really nice! I wonder if they allow you to buy one and take it home! Having talked so much about the facilities, let's talk about the staff! Every staff member at the Nanhu Hotel is incredibly welcoming, making you feel truly at home! Especially the lobby manager, Ms. Luo Shoufang, who is exceptionally warm, provides excellent service, and is very skilled in her duties! Having such leadership is a blessing and a source of hope for the Nanhu Hotel! And Aunt Chen Haixia in the housekeeping department is also exceptionally attentive and diligent in her work! "Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future."
