"We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends. "

If other guests want to cut in line, they will politely ask the guests behind me to wait for a while. The good impression is full. The environment of the dining area is also good. "Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future."

"I went to the Ma'anshan Music Festival during the National Day and I was very satisfied.
The hotel facilities are very new, the service is warm and in place, and the front desk also helped to continue to live until almost three o'clock on the last day. Thank you very much. The laundry room is very convenient. When the laundry is delivered, the eldest sister of the laundry room takes the initiative to help take care of the room.
I originally planned to live for two days and move to Golden Eagle. I lived too comfortable and extended my stay for another day. In fact, the price on the last day was more expensive than the lake view room there. It can be seen how comfortable the stay is.
Recommended. Good memories of the journey."

I've always stayed at this hotel. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She spent a lot of time trying to get me a quieter room. I'm very grateful to her. The hotel is still as good as ever. If you go late, parking at the door is a bit tight, but there are security guards to help, so it still feels good.

We booked the Xiangquan Hot Spring Hotel for my parents, and they raved about it, saying it was even more comfortable than home. Since they have mobility issues, the hotel specially arranged a ground-floor room. My mom, who has knee problems, said the hot springs made her feel much more relaxed. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with soft porridge and leavened buns, perfect for elderly palates. The room was quiet at night, with good blackout curtains, and the couple slept soundly. My parents said it was a stress-free place to stay and the people were so welcoming, much better than those crowded tourist spots. For them to be so satisfied, it was definitely worth the money, and I give it a 10/10 rating!
