Therefore, I'm being honest and not giving the cleanliness score a high one. Environment: The hotel is on the 22nd/23rd floor of the building. The carpet looked new, but there was a lingering smell of renovation when I first entered the room, requiring ventilation. The high floor offered a wide view. Service: When booking the room for the first night, I noted that I had children and needed children's slippers and a footstool, which the hotel thoughtfully provided. This was excellent service. I also needed more hangers, which the front desk quickly provided. The breakfast was also very thoughtful. These are all pluses. The welcome fruit for my second stay was rotten... Only minus is that staff do not speak a single word of English, but at this countryside location it is expected :). Next time I will choose same hotel again when I'm in the area for business again.
