"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite.
The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good.
The front office is a Waterloo in comparison.
When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello.
Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it.
I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something?
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

"I have lived in many hotels and this one really loves it. As soon as I entered the lobby, the aroma smelled good and the atmosphere was warm. The room facilities are new and the smart curtains are very advanced. There is a parking lot downstairs and parking is convenient. , The rice noodles for breakfast are very appetizing to me. Overall super satisfied, the front desk clerk Xiaohe service is good, the first choice for the next business trip!"

"The smart twin room I stayed in this time was great! Voice can control air conditioning, curtains and TV, which is really convenient. The bedding was clean and soft, and I slept until dawn. The room was clean and odorless, and the facilities were well equipped. The sanitary ware in the bathroom is as bright as new, and the metal surface of the faucet is covered with cold and glaze, and there is no water stain. The front desk service was particularly intimate and welcomed fruit was also delivered. Hotel location is good and convenient to travel. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time."

The owner is so kind. He fetched us from the 新化南站 to the homestay. He also prepared our lunch for us. Recommend us the places. The room is clean and big! Nice view from the room. We stayed a night and next day also send us to the 新化南站. Very relaxing for this trip. Highly recommend to this homestay !

The hotel was very clean! The room was very nice. When I come back to Loudi, I’ll use this hotel again. The breakfast was very nice! All of the employees were very kind. Every time we came to the lobby, they offered us tea. It’s in a great location!

Fancy hotel with very nice furnishings at a reasonable price. Clean and in great condition. Friendly 24 hour hotel staff. The smart room features took a couple minutes to figure out the basics like opening shades and managing lights, but would be a nice touch for those more fluent than we are. Bathroom area with high pressure large shower, marble floors, very nice fixtures! Walk North a few streets for a small night market area. West a few streets for a large, beautiful park with lively night activities as well as daytime use.

Near Loudi Railway station. Big room. The breakfast was cheap (15 RMB) although it only offered basic options. There are small restaurants outside the hotel but they're more like mom and pops stores. Not bad for a 1 night stay. The room is big, with a large TV.

Good clean hotel with three parking. We only stopped there for one night while on our way to Zhaungjiajie national park. Everything was in order at the hotel and we enjoyed a nice sleep.
