"What is worthy of praise is that the front desk service is warm and courteous. The service attitude of the Chinese restaurant management staff is poor. The room hygiene is generally dusty and there is no room service. I ordered welcome fruit but it has not been delivered today. It has been all day and night. Five stars. A first-class hotel with four-star service. The Wyndham Hotel cannot be found on the official website. It is definitely a listed hotel. I went to have breakfast at around 8 o'clock in the morning. There was nothing left. Most of them were empty. The price/performance ratio was not high. , average, not a five-star hotel at all. It is branded as a Wyndham hotel. It seems that the hotel owner is not very good. I have stayed in so many hotels, including Hilton hotels and Marriott hotels. I have never had such an experience, and you have not trained me. At about 9 a.m., the Chinese restaurant employees were still using the guest bathroom to blow dry their hair and put on makeup. What kind of operation was this? Two stars negative review!"

There's also a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel, which was convenient for us to go downstairs to buy things if we got hungry at night. What surprised me most was the robot food delivery service. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overnight stay was great. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel."

"There was a huge soccer game going on a the stadium next door which was cool to see but traffic in and out was a little inconvenient. Overall the room was clean but not the cleanest I’ve seen. I loved the projected in the room and was able to enjoy a couple movies. Breakfast was weak, the noodles were not up to Hunan rice noodle standards and there wasn’t much of an extra selection. When my wife arrived there was no one at the front desk at all and no one in site to help her get upstairs in the elevator or deal with her check in."
