"The front desk service was unprofessional and careless. The first room I was assigned hadn't even been cleaned, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. My room was on the 9th floor, and they made me go all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage to switch rooms. The second room I got had a broken Wi-Fi. When someone came to fix it, their attitude was awful; they told me I was being a hassle. I was so angry! The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant asked for a breakfast voucher, which I was never given. I had to go back to the front desk again to get one. I'm truly very dissatisfied with their service; it's completely unprofessional."

"The hotel’s entrance is hidden from the street. It is in the parking lot behind the building. Guests smoke a lot, so the cigarette smoke smell lingered in the lobby all the time. My room had faint cigarette smell. The bed is good, and the noise from the outside is expected because of the location. The laundry room was useful. The breakfast was okay when you factor in the size of the hotel."

"I stayed at Atour Hotel during my business trip and was blown away by the room's comfort. The air conditioning was at the perfect temperature, not too hot, the memory foam pillows provided excellent support, and wrapped in the soft sheets, all my fatigue vanished. "On July 14, 2026, around 4 PM, we checked into the Four Points by Sheraton Liupanshui. We had booked three rooms about a month in advance, totaling over 6,000 yuan. One of the rooms took nearly an hour at the front desk to be assigned. Upon check-in, we noticed stains all over the floor, and the bedding seemed flimsy. The air conditioning was constantly making noise, intermittent, and the room was uncomfortably stuffy. The bathroom facilities were not only old but also dysfunctional; for example, toiletries like shower gel were mounted on the wall but unusable. In one of the rooms, the bathtub was full of water and couldn't be drained, and the shower area had severe water accumulation, among other issues. We reported the bathroom problems to the front desk on the night of our check-in. Around 10 PM, a maintenance worker finally arrived, only to inform us that these issues had already been reported to hotel management but remained unresolved, making repairs impossible. The only option was to change rooms. The front desk also told us that it was too late to switch rooms that day and we would have to wait until the next morning. They assured us that we would be able to pick up the new room keys from the front desk first thing in the morning. To our disappointment, when we approached the front desk the next morning, they looked bewildered. After some negotiation, they agreed to change rooms but were evasive about giving a specific time. It was only after escalating the issue to the lobby duty manager that our room change problem was finally resolved. To protect our rights as guests, we filed a complaint with the hotel duty manager, stating two main points: first, the overall service did not meet five-star standards, damaging the hotel's reputation; second, due to the severe problems with the room, we requested a refund for the services not rendered and compensation for the time and emotional distress caused. Although the duty manager said they would report it to hotel management, we had multiple exchanges with them and the front desk staff throughout the day, and they consistently dodged our questions, providing no direct answers to date. Through communication with Trip.com, the hotel completely rejected our demands, demonstrating the arrogance of a large business bullying customers. As a Trip.com Gold member, this stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Liupanshui has been the most unpleasant hotel experience I've had in many years of travel. We strongly recommend that Trip.com no longer recommend this hotel in the future."

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the viewing balcony has an optimized space layout. The owner of the B&B is warm and hospitable, actively helping the elderly, and taking them to nearby scenic spots and Liuzhi Station for free. He helps the elderly go up and down stairs, get on and off the bus, accompanies the elderly for meals, and picks them up and drops them off. This B&B is particularly good, with beautiful scenery, and the owner of the B&B embodies traditional Chinese virtues!

Staying here when visiting Panzhou to escape the summer heat was the perfect choice. The hotel environment is elegant and peaceful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and attentive. Forgot to take pictures, but the room is very large and the decoration is very new. The toiletries are of good quality. The front desk is very warm. But the stairs are the old house. The corridor is not soundproof. The children start to scream in the morning and can hear clearly. The voice is not separated. The sound is also called in the middle of the night. The environment in the cloud is very comfortable~ Breakfast is provided and there are various types (steamed buns, porridge, noodles, fried rice, bone kelp soup, chicken soup) The taste is very good, it is a famous hotel with a high safety factor (the elevator requires a room card to reach the floor and the room door is a password lock. The password is sent by mobile phone. There is also a latch inside the door for double protection). The service staff is a lady and very friendly. It is safe and reliable The only downside is that the projection is blurry, so you can't see clearly what is provided, and there is no face towel.

Perfect spot to stay before Wumeng Prairie—great food, friendly service, and a cozy vibe! Location: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Wumeng Prairie, though it’s a bit farther from the exit. I’d recommend staying here the night before entering Wumeng Prairie. The area feels quite remote, as it’s in a small town, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere. Food: They serve a delicious breakfast, all cooked by the hotel owner couple themselves. You can even order lunch and dinner from them. I especially loved their eggplant dish! Service: The service was excellent. There’s no elevator since the hotel only has a few floors, but a strong young lady helped carry our luggage up to the room, which was much appreciated. When we had a car issue, the hotel owner kindly came to help us figure it out. The kindness from the Guizhou people has been a highlight of our trip. Room: We loved our room—it had a cozy couch and a separate sleeping area. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed as the weather inside was cool and comfortable.

Homestay unit is comfortable, good wifi signal, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler and dispenser for coffee. Host is helpful, organised units for very good standard etc, safe choice for Solo female backpacker. Highly recommend!

This 4-star hotel truly impressed me! The lobby is grand and elegant, with a spacious, stylish, and unique design that's quite striking the moment you step in. The room itself is also quite large and fully equipped with high-quality bedding. The bathroom is bright, clean, and tidy, featuring upscale amenities and a bathtub, plus a very comfortable sofa. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties like beef noodle soup or rice vermicelli. Service was excellent – they even upgraded our room! When we had a minor issue with the toilet, the hotel promptly sent someone to fix it. The hotel's location is superb, not far from major attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. All of this at a reasonable price made for a very satisfying experience.

The room was great, very spacious at 58 square meters. The environment, cleanliness, and location were all excellent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The only drawback is that it's a new hotel, so there's a slight odor. It's fine for a short stay, but the hotel should really try to air it out more! The service and environment are good, but the supporting facilities are not up to par. There is not much for children to do here, just soak in the hot springs. There are not many open pools. We have a room with a private bath. Basically, there is nothing to do outside the room except in the room.
