This hotel is located right by the lake, and on the first floor, there's an infinity pool and a cafe, perfect for snapping some great photos. Shopping and dining options are conveniently close by. The staff are all very polite, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Criticisms and praises alike are warranted. Dissatisfactions: 1. Upon arriving at the hotel, the first thing I encountered at the front desk was a man smoking. No one stopped him, and he was rude and foul-mouthed. This made me very disappointed with the hotel management. 2. The room was windowless and very stuffy. 3. After going out, I discovered the Nebula Night Market mentioned in online guides. Although it's not far as the crow flies, you have to climb a mountain! For someone from inland China, it's practically a mountain climb. Having to overcome this slope to get there was both shocking and disheartening. It basically means the hotel is quite remote, and you can only get around by taxi. Satisfaction & Gratitude: 1. Whether leaving or returning, the front desk staff (all women) greeted me warmly. 2. When checking out, I carelessly left my power bank behind. The staff helped me handle the shipping and were very patient and prompt. Their attitude was excellent; I'm very grateful. 3. The overall hotel environment was actually very comfortable and relatively new. Aside from some secondhand smoke left in the elevator due to inconsiderate behavior, there were no noticeable odors. The restaurant was large, but perhaps because it was the off-season, the food selection was limited. There was a lounge area and laundry room, which were spotless despite not being used. Overall, if they strengthened their enforcement of the no-smoking policy, it would be an excellent hotel. It's a real shame, and the fact that all the staff were forced to inhale secondhand smoke was infuriating.

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was truly wonderful. Located in the middle of the grassland, it was very convenient to all the attractions there. The service was excellent, and the peaches delivered to the room were delicious. I asked the housekeeper if I could pay for some, and they immediately filled a plate for me, free of charge. We stayed two nights, and they thoughtfully asked what we'd like for a late-night snack. So, we had Tremella soup and glutinous rice balls. The hotel's pre-prepared guide was very comprehensive, covering dining, attractions, and ticket information. It was very clear and easy to understand. This is the most satisfying tourist hotel in Guizhou.

The location is very close to Gate 1 of the scenic area, and the toilet is surprisingly smart! Thumbs up! The room amenities are pretty good for a B&B, with a good temperature of hot water. There's a restaurant on the first floor, serving rice noodles and noodles for breakfast, as well as porridge and freshly ground soy milk. While the selection is limited, it's more than enough. For dinner, there's hot pot and stir-fries. The chef was very attentive and specifically checked with us whether we could use more oil and chili peppers. There's also a convenient garage downstairs. The owner also helped us arrange a car rental service for the scenic area. Overall, it's a good stay and highly recommended!

The weather in Panzhou is very cool and it is too suitable to escape the heat. The location of the hotel is particularly good, there is a lot of food downstairs, the local special mutton noodles are very delicious, recommended, and beef noodles. The hotel service is very good, the staff is very warm, responsive, and come next time. Recommended
