"A friend recommended this hotel, and our stay was very pleasant; the environment, facilities, and service were all good. However, we encountered a very frustrating issue. On our way back to Beijing after checking out, we received a call from the hotel saying that a pillowcase was missing from our room. In a standard room, there are two pillows per bed. Since both the pillows and pillowcases were white, to be honest, we didn't even notice if all the pillowcases were present. We've been Ctrip customers for over 20 years and have stayed in countless hotels across the country, never encountering such a problem. This can be verified on Ctrip. We truly have no idea what happened, and we certainly didn't take an old pillowcase. From my perspective, the problem likely lies with the hotel's housekeeping staff. It's not a big deal, but being accused of taking an old hotel pillowcase feels very uncomfortable."

"I stayed at Dongguan Garden Hotel on May 1st. The terrace room originally booked was due to a small problem. I didn't expect the manager Wang Yan to upgrade the room type directly for us. The upgraded room is really superb, and the view and comfort are beyond expectations.
More touched, I went to the wrong restaurant and ate Chinese food by mistake. After Manager Wang Yan knew it, he specially arranged Western food for us. This intimate, really warm people's hearts.
The whole holiday has become particularly happy because of this journey. The hotel environment is too filmed, and every shot is a blockbuster, and the service has nothing to say. It has been included in the second brush list, highly recommended!"

Guest UserThis was the second Vienna International Hotel we stayed at during our road trip in Henan. It was as good as always. The room had a view of the Taihang Mountains, and they even gave us a box of fruit upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower was very comfortable. There's underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which is great for people who want to avoid the crowds and go to attractions early. However, there are many tour groups, so breakfast can be a bit crowded, and you might have to share a table.

HalimaziThe rooms at the Yingbin Building were excellent, exceeding expectations. They were clean and hygienic, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, the linens were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. This hotel has a unique feature not found in other hotels: it offers opportunities to learn about the revolutionary spirit of the Red Flag Canal, making for a very positive experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who needs it! After a terrible experience staying in Kaifeng, we moved here, and my child didn't want to leave after just one night. We'll definitely come back next time.

The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, the hardware is good, I like this new Chinese style. Environment: The yard is not along the road, clean. The road into the small courtyard is clean. Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes.
Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

Breakfast was provided, but the selection was rather limited; it was filling but not particularly varied. Overall, there's room for improvement in cleanliness, which I hope will be addressed in future updates. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

Originally wanted to take a small vacation with my husband, I was knocked out of the outdoor KTV town on the first night, and the whole trip experience was basically half of the soup. Although it is a Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it arrived the day before the holiday and the traffic was not large, but the KTV still mourned until 9 pm and extended to 10 pm the next day. This cannot be blamed on the hotel, it is a big problem in the planning and construction of the entire resort, and it may also be an extreme differentiation of tourists' needs. I still hope that everyone can respect public spaces, and think that they like A, they must have others who hate A, which is a basic education. The hotel service is very good, the facilities are OK, and the overall is good; the scenery in the town is also very unique, with dust removal and fireworks, Xiongqi and Qingli.
