"The navigation led us to a temple, but it was wrong. We contacted the B&B and found the entrance. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a square entertainment concert outside the room until very late at night. I was tired, so this did not affect us much. The most important thing is that the socket arrangement is unreasonable. There is no socket for hair dryer next to the washbasin, and there is no socket for charging mobile phones at the bedside. We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

GGuest UserThe child accidentally vomited on the bed and soiled the bedding. I anxiously called the front desk and the room attendant came quickly. I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away. I was really touched to see such concern when I was out with my children. This hotel is really good, both the service and the environment are great 👍

DDirk from HainanTook some time to check in with our foreign passports, but staff was willing to try their best to get it done. The grounds are beautiful with nice greenery and views of the hills. Place is well-kept and clean with a nice comfortable soft bed and decent shower. Very close to Jianfengling gate with some food options not too far down the road. I enjoyed my stay and savoured the comfortable room after a day of hiking
