GGuest UserClean, take the children out to play basketball is the quilt is clean, very large, the balcony is ventilated, there are drying racks, wash clothes at night, and dry the next morning. There are a lot of parking lots, there are charging piles, the gospel of trams, come to live here next year!

GGuest UserThe overall stay experience is super satisfied! The room hygiene is in place, there is no smell, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the mattress is soft and hard to sleep well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water supply is sufficient, and the water pressure is large. The staff is gentle and polite, the environment is quiet and not noisy, the price is full, it is recommended to stay!

XXianchiluobobucaoxin海南島封關的當日到達，酒店的總體也算不錯，衞生間還是蹲便器，再有就是網絡不太好，有點兒不方便。開車沿着海南環熱帶雨林旅遊公路自駕過來，附近就有加油站和洗車場，對於自駕旅行比較便利。退房時間居然可以是下午三點，也是難得哈。

The room is spacious and bright, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene is impeccable. The hotel's service is also excellent. The staff are enthusiastic, professional and responsive. Every detail shows the care. It was really a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to everyone!

DDirk from HainanTook some time to check in with our foreign passports, but staff was willing to try their best to get it done. The grounds are beautiful with nice greenery and views of the hills. Place is well-kept and clean with a nice comfortable soft bed and decent shower. Very close to Jianfengling gate with some food options not too far down the road. I enjoyed my stay and savoured the comfortable room after a day of hiking

GGuest UserThe environment is good, but due to the construction of dams, there is not much water in Tianchi. The temperature is much lower than down the mountain, but there is no air conditioning. I hope the hotel can install a fan, because it is still a bit hot in the first half of the night. The most unacceptable thing is that there are people having barbecues and sleeping in tents outside, making noise until 3 or 4 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can't close the windows, so they can't rest at all.

XXiajieailvxingThe hotel is very close to Longmu Bay. The parking lot is large. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room is clean and tidy and there is a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Everything about the hotel is good. However, an old lady who lives in the hotel is extremely hateful! The hotel itself is a pet-friendly hotel. We saw an elderly person walking up and down the stairs on the third floor on a leash so as not to disturb anyone. Just because she saw us, she complained to the manager! The rope is tied so tightly, only ten centimeters close to the body. It also avoids the elevator and takes the stairs to go up and down the stairs. Even so, you still can't tolerate it. It's not a vicious dog. Is it necessary for you to be so intolerant of the silent Husky? If you have enough money to book a hotel and write on it that neither outsiders nor dogs are allowed in, you are a **! The manager expressed his understanding but was helpless. He did not charge us for the two hours of rest and we left. This was the most disgusting encounter during the Hainan Island tour.
