"The guesthouse offers airport or pier pick-up and drop-off services. It's basically a converted house, but the rooms are nice and well-equipped, and most importantly, they're very new. The owner is very helpful and grateful for reminding us about the typhoon the next day, urging us to go to the pier early to wait in line, as the ferry was only operating two trips due to the typhoon. We arrived early and got a spot on the waiting list, thus avoiding the risk of not being able to get to Xiamen. They also held our room until check-out time so we could continue staying if we couldn't make it to Xiamen."

"The hotel's location is a bit far from Jincheng Town, but Jinhu itself feels relatively new and clean. Downstairs, there's a duty-free shop, though it closes quite early. There's also a supermarket for late-night essentials, a McDonald's, and even a small night market. It's quite close to the Old Street, which is nice for a stroll, and there's a large, pleasant lake outside. Across the street, you'll find convenience stores, making it easy to grab anything you need. Dining options in the evening are a bit limited in the immediate vicinity. The hotel does have a restaurant, but the food is just okay. As for the rooms, they are pretty standard, with slightly older facilities, but they are clean. The breakfast was good, a bit pricey, but satisfying. There was a delicious coffee jelly, but unfortunately, it wasn't available the next day. If I get the chance to visit Kinmen again, I'd still consider staying at Jinhu."

"Super strategic location with walking distance to most food places in Kinmen old town. There are limited parking lots next to the hotel (for car rentals), if you rent their cars which are more expensive, they have different lots for them. The hotel does not provide toothbrush so be prepared for that. Do check out the popular stir fry restaurant next to the hotel (and a temple), they have good range of seafood with reasonable prices"

"Extremely satisfied! 1. Service: All the staff at the hotel provided very thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service. Everyone had a sunny smile on their face and was able to respond to our needs immediately at any time. 2. Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were also of good quality. The TV had many channels, and the KTV added another layer of fun for us. 3. Breakfast: It was incredibly rich and very delicious; we still can't stop thinking about it. ":( The location is a bit far from the city center. The door only has a chain lock; there's no regular lock to close it securely. The mattress and pillows are rather soft. The entire building is open-plan; anyone can come and go (but there are full security cameras). The kitchen lacks a microwave. :) The entire building and the room are clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is sparsely populated and quiet. There's a bus stop nearby, a three-minute walk away. The bathroom has strong hot water. The kitchen has an induction cooker, cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, etc., making it convenient to cook. There are two open-air courtyards, one large and one small, which are great for relaxing and chatting. Overall, it's good and suitable for group bookings."

GGuest UserThe B&B is very beautiful. I stayed there for three nights and slept very well. The room is spacious and there is a sofa for resting. The owner prepared drinks and snacks for you to make yourself in the room. The breakfast at the B&B is all authentic Kinmen snacks, which is different every day, which is quite a surprise. Parking is also very convenient nearby. The owner and the owner's mother are very friendly. I can chat with them and ask them about fun and delicious things to do. Next time I have the chance to go to Kinmen, I would like to stay in the old house to see the room type~

GGuest UserWhen we were looking for accommodation in Kinmen, I wasn't sure I wanted to book a B&B. Looking at the accommodation available in Kinmen, it seems the majority are B&B and homestays. After having stayed at Zhu Shan Gandee, we finally realised that a good number of the traditional buildings in many of the ”villages” have been converted into accommodation. This one was in the Zhu Shan village where there are other B&Bs. There are no shops or restaurants in this village but downtown Jincheng is only a short drive away. This village is really nice and quiet (as would others I am guessing) and Zhu Shan Park is just a short stroll behind the house from which a top view of the village can be seen. Strolling around the village, this house stands out as more modern and attractive and the nicest in presentation (in my humble opinion). Inside, the common areas are excellent, well presented and homely. There are 2 courtyards to relax in and their atmospheres are so welcoming. We were out most of the time so didn't really spend too much time indoors enjoying what was on offer. Our room was a tad small but we love having a bidet to use. The bed was comfortable. A simple bread and jam breakfast is available if you choose to have it. There is plenty of ”help yourself” bottled and packet drinks in the fridge and in boxes on the floor if you don't want to drink them cold along with make yourself tea and coffee. There are no cooking facilities but there is a microwave. Finally, the lady host is really helpful and awesome. We rented a car so didn't need to be picked up. But she would go out of her way to ensure your stay is most comfortable and enjoyable. That hospitality personified.

GGuest UserIt was a great stay at the 7 inn. The host picked up us from the airport on arrival day and sent us to the ferry terminal before departure. The room was very clean with an attached bathroom with no need to share. There’s a busy kitchen but you can always ask if you need to use it for anything. The location is about 2km away from the city center so it’s easier to get around if you get a bike/rental. The host knows all the history about the place and beyond, a super knowledgeable guide when he showed us around the town and gave us tips and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We only stayed one night and the host took us to the “燕南书院” which had a spectacular paranormal view of the island and a great place to spot the wild peacocks, a perfect ending for our trip to Kinmen. Will definitely be back and stay here next time ❤️

The location is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk to Jincheng Station. There are also several good restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Compared to hotels near the station, I think this hotel offers a quiet environment while also providing enough convenience. The homestay has 3 floors, but I live on the ground floor and have never been upstairs; looking at the skylight feels really nice! In addition, if you rent an electric scooter, you may have to park it nearby instead of outside the house. If you have plans, you should communicate with the B&B in advance.

LLaladexiaopiqiuSuch a clean B&B! The owners are incredibly nice, and they offer breakfast with a choice of congee, sandwiches, and soy milk. The fried dough sticks are super crispy and delicious – worth waking up early for! The room has a fridge, which is great for keeping drinks. The only downside is that the fridge compressor sometimes makes a noise, but I'm a heavy sleeper, so I didn't hear it at all while sleeping. All the facilities are perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay at Kivala Hostel. The place was very clean and well looked after, especially the bathrooms and sleeping areas, which made a big difference for a hostel. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is quiet and peaceful, which I personally liked, though it’s a little away from the main busy areas — something to keep in mind if you want everything right outside your door. The common areas were comfortable and practical, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and respectful rather than noisy or chaotic. Overall, it’s great value for money and a solid choice if you want a clean, comfortable, and relaxed place to stay in Kinmen. I’d happily stay here again.

知知足常楽It is located across the crosswalk in front of Jincheng Bus Terminal. The inside was very clean. The staff could speak basic Japanese and were very kind. When I checked in, they gave me a prepaid card (2 x 35 NTD) that could be used at Family Mart 😍 It was spacious and stylish. There is no refrigerator or safety deposit box. There is a large shared refrigerator at the reception on the second floor that you can use. There is a folding chair hanging on the wall. The table is also foldable. The shower had enough water and temperature. I wonder why Taiwan doesn't separate the dry and wet areas (no partition between the shower and toilet). It was a much more comfortable accommodation than I imagined from the outside of the building. It's also great that it's right in front of Jincheng Bus Terminal!

At present, there are no hotels in China that use keys to open the door, but they still use keys to open the door, which is a bit uncomfortable. I forgot to lock the door before going out several times, and ran back to lock the door. The sound insulation is not good, and the guests outside can hear the conversation clearly. The washbasin only has a basin, no table. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom is only a curtain, not separated by glass. The view outside the window is good and feels great.
