The antique triad, the double room with a private bathroom, washing machine, and perfect equipment. The boss & the proprietress tried their best to meet the needs of the guests, and cleaned the environment very clean and tidy. Service includes: free pick-up and drop-off, free breakfast. The breakfast is super delicious, it is a fresh sugar-free soy milk, local steamed buns, meat buns, and even 3 days of eating. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay when you go to Golden Gate 😁"

"This hotel is located within an agricultural experimental park, offering a quiet environment close to nature. Upon entering the room, you're greeted by the scent of sandalwood. The service was excellent; the two young ladies were incredibly warm, friendly, and had the sweetest smiles. They proactively shared historical insights about Kinmen, recommended fun places to visit, and suggested delicious local foods. They even helped us exchange ********* dollars. For breakfast, they offered Kinmen specialties like pan-fried pancakes and leek pockets, along with beautifully plated fruit. Juice and iced coffee were also available, and the mung bean sago was absolutely delicious!"

"The location is only 4 kilometers from the airport, easily accessible by bus, which is very convenient. The surrounding environment is fantastic; the window offers a view of a small park and then the sea, providing a great view. The accommodation is clean and simple; I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kinmen."
Hai Fu Hotel & Suites
"Honestly, it's pretty mediocre, so don't get your hopes up too high. It doesn't even compare to a standard budget hotel on the mainland, and apparently, this is one of the top three hotels in Kinmen. The service is incredibly inefficient. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM. We arrived around 11 AM, and they told us they'd call when the room was ready, but we never heard from them until well after three. They don't provide toiletries either, maybe trying to emulate those high-end island resorts, but your facilities don't even come close to their standards. Your coastline isn't even blue, and the hotel just looks like a converted self-built house. Kinmen as a whole is pretty much a big rural area, and the food isn't great – you can find everything they offer on the mainland. Perhaps because there are fewer people, labor is expensive, which explains their extremely slow service. Many small shops only accept cash. If you have any standards for accommodation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Even the breakfast is very basic."

"This was by far the most comfortable experience in Kinmen! Hai Yuan Zi isn't just by the sea, but also super close to Kinmen Bridge, so we enjoyed the bridge's light show every night from the comfort of our room. Getting to Jincheng Township was also a breeze. I especially loved how spacious the room was; every single item, from the floor tiles to the lights, mirrors, and even the bathroom wall tiles, showcased the owner's impeccable taste and thoughtfulness. Plus, laundry was so convenient with a large drying area. It really felt like a hotel in terms of quality, but with the warm, personal touch of a B&B. Thank you, Hai Yuan Zi, for a wonderful vacation! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the breakfast! They offer local specialties, and I chose the Cantonese congee. It was even better than Yongchun, with a fragrant shallot oil and what I believe were the best fried dough sticks from Heji. A truly heavenly combination! Another unique find was the brown sugar steamed bun—I'd seen influencers rave about it but never found it until now. They also provide fresh fruit and drinks, and as someone who needs coffee every morning, having freshly brewed coffee was pure bliss. I felt so spoiled!"

"The guesthouse in Yangjiao Village, Kinmen was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had a wonderful time there! 😁😁 The large room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly kind, providing pick-up and drop-off service – so touching!! The staff were very helpful, the room had fresh air, and the bathroom and bedding had absolutely no odor. If you ever have the chance to stay at this guesthouse, I highly recommend it! Thank you again to the owner and staff!"

I will come to live in Xiazhilian next time. Cycling to the city for 7 minutes to model street, really good shopping."

"We chose this place as a couple, looking for a reasonable and good value accommodation. It was definitely the right choice, as the staff at the guesthouse were all very kind and we had a pleasant stay. It was our first trip to Kinmen Island and we were nervous, but even though we didn't understand the language, they kindly gave us advice over LINE. Breakfast started at 7:30 but they brought it up to 7:00 for the first morning bus tour, they also left the window open for us to take us to the nearest station (Shanwai Station) first thing in the morning, and they even provided a free shuttle to the airport on our way back. The guesthouse is located right in front of the bus stop for the local bus, so it's very convenient. We gave it a perfect score."
