We first took a stroll and flew a kite at Komar Town, then it was another 20-minute drive to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially the youngest lady (didn't catch her name), was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. She even helped us with our luggage to the room. The facilities are brand new and very well-maintained; everything looked great even without filters. We happened to visit during Chinese New Year, so there were performances â it was windy at night but totally worth it. The kids had a blast! They also really enjoyed the pet park, and buying the 25 CNY feed made the experience even better. What I least expected was how amazing the restaurant was â truly surprising, and the portions were generous! The shuttle service was prompt and the staff always had a smile. It's perfect for families with kids! We even changed our minds last minute to get a room with a slide â double the fun!"

Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth â I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests.
