The service is very good, call me at noon to confirm the check-in time. I asked if I had a child, whether the combed bed needed to be laid and other issues. And helped me and my friends arrange the room on the same floor, very intimate.
The room and public areas are very clean, some dead corners of the room are also clean, such as the faucet has no water marks, and the shower room floor is dry.
The hotel facilities are very new as a whole, because the children played mud during the day, used the hotel's laundry room at night, and equipped with a small drying table is very good. "Loved it right from the initial phone inquiry! It took us about an hour to drive from downtown Chengdu. We first took a stroll and flew a kite at Komar Town, then it was another 20-minute drive to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially the youngest lady (didn't catch her name), was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. She even helped us with our luggage to the room. The facilities are brand new and very well-maintained; everything looked great even without filters. We happened to visit during Chinese New Year, so there were performances – it was windy at night but totally worth it. The kids had a blast! They also really enjoyed the pet park, and buying the 25 CNY feed made the experience even better. What I least expected was how amazing the restaurant was – truly surprising, and the portions were generous! The shuttle service was prompt and the staff always had a smile. It's perfect for families with kids! We even changed our minds last minute to get a room with a slide – double the fun!"

From the window, you can admire the town's dark-tiled roofs and eaves, while at night, only the chirping of insects evokes a true tranquility amidst the bustle. Just a three-minute walk from the main street, yet free from the hustle and bustle of commercial life, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy. A private hot spring bath is standard, and the staff will pre-fill it with the perfect temperature at night, offering complimentary red bean sweet soup to warm you away from the cold. Upon arrival at the parking lot, a housekeeper will escort you to your room by shuttle, assist with your luggage, provide directions, and promptly respond to requests, such as late-night snacks and hot spring water temperature adjustments. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. The breakfast was rich in variety and the beef noodles were delicious. I recommend everyone to try it on the fifth floor. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to us workers who travel frequently. You can dry them immediately after washing. There is a free parking lot and the bus station is next door. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip. The hotel is highly recommended.
