Surrounded by lush forest, the location offers incredible peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience. The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place. Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home. In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The heating of the central air conditioner can't be turned on, and the wind blows and automatically stops. Is it because the room temperature is hot enough? ? There is also the TV that is mostly VIP to watch. The lighting of the room and the reading light seem to be unable to be controlled separately. When it is turned on, both of them are bright. The bedside lamps by the window are too dazzling. Huaikou New Town is quite good, especially the parks on both sides of the Lijiang River, comfortable!

On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

I walked into the room and the room was very spacious. I arranged it for us. The love was messed up by me. Hahahaha and sent fruit. The facilities are also very complete. This hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel many times. This time I stayed in Room 316. The chess and card room upstairs was still playing mahjong in the middle of the night. The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk. The reception staff in the service industry should have empathy. Instead of accusing the guests of making the request too late and stressing that the price of the room changed is more expensive than we set. At that time, your front desk clerk said that you set the 270 room. I changed you to the second floor. It is far from the chess and card room upstairs. The price is more expensive than yours..... In fact, we have a room of 400. I don't know if the 270 in your mouth is your front desk greasy or something else. In short, I hope the hotel will strengthen the training of reception staff and pay attention to polite language. I wish your hotel business is booming.
