Surrounded by lush forest, the location offers incredible peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience. The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place. Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home. In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

GGuest UserI spent the anniversary with my boyfriend at this hotel  As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt that the fragrance in the lobby was very good. The service was very good. I walked into the room and the room was very spacious. I arranged it for us. The love was messed up by me. Hahahaha and sent fruit. The facilities are also very complete.  The environment is very good. Good, very quiet, breakfast is very rich,  I like to eat his hand, hahahahaha, there is dry noodles, no photo, in short, in short, I will live in Xiangyang next time.

This hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel many times. This time I stayed in Room 316. The chess and card room upstairs was still playing mahjong in the middle of the night. The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk. The reception staff in the service industry should have empathy. Instead of accusing the guests of making the request too late and stressing that the price of the room changed is more expensive than we set. At that time, your front desk clerk said that you set the 270 room. I changed you to the second floor. It is far from the chess and card room upstairs. The price is more expensive than yours..... In fact, we have a room of 400. I don't know if the 270 in your mouth is your front desk greasy or something else. In short, I hope the hotel will strengthen the training of reception staff and pay attention to polite language. I wish your hotel business is booming.

GGuest User帶孩子第一次來五鳳溪，就被這家小院門口的咖啡廳吸引了，走進來發現後面別有洞天，川西的古建築配着小院兒，客房我以為會很古樸，結果是新中式現代風，調性不錯，環境也很舒適，房間淡淡的香味，上去的時候看到阿姨在打掃衞生，阿姨説這裏每天不管有沒有客人入住，都要全部打掃，這一點打在我們心巴上了。晚上老闆在院子烤雞，邀請我們一起吃，蹭了兩口雞哈哈哈，聽着音樂，喝點小啤酒，吃了免費的雞，温暖舒適的小院民宿
