"My experience was really bad. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on the 2nd, and was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait. They didn't call me until after 3 PM to say I could check in. Throughout this, there was no mention of compensation for the delay beyond the standard check-in time. Only after I threatened to complain to Trip.com did the hotel offer an upgrade to an executive twin room. In the room, there was hair on the headboard and pillows, and the shower leaked, flooding under the sink and into the bathroom. All the towels in the room were wet and couldn't even dry anything, so I had to call the front desk for someone to mop it up. I later found out the shower curb was higher on the inside and lower on the outside, causing the water to flow out – something the hotel admitted was an engineering issue. The next day, I spoke to the front desk, and they offered to change my room. However, the new room had noticeable stains in the sink that hadn't been cleaned, a strange smell in the bathroom, and no lotion provided. Staying at this hotel felt like opening a blind box, never knowing what extra or missing items you'd get. The staff were genuinely nice and apologized immediately when issues arose, but new problems just kept popping up. It really doesn't feel like an international brand hotel."

The only downside was that we didn't get tofu buns at the hotel, and the restaurant we ordered from was sold out."

"The most notable feature is that it's a guesthouse converted from a former temple dedicated to the God of Wealth, located right in the heart of the ancient city, about 200 meters from attractions like the city wall, Xin'an River Greenway, and Xiaoxi Lake. Opposite the hotel is the Yanzhou Ancient City Exhibition Hall, connected to a postal exhibition; the space isn't large, but it's quite well-designed. The room facilities are relatively new, but the windows are small, resulting in slightly poor lighting. Although the bustling Yanzhou Ancient City is right outside, the room is relatively quiet and not noisy. During the Spring Festival, the hotel doesn't provide breakfast; you can only eat steamed buns nearby, and milk has to be purchased from another guesthouse. The biggest problem is that traffic control measures are in place on some sections of the ancient city during the Spring Festival, making it difficult to get a taxi. Because of this, I almost missed visiting Qili Yangfan on my second day."

"The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mountains on three sides, quiet and comfortable, very close to Xin'an River, the parking garage can be directly down the green road, there is a hill to climb next to it.
The little housekeeper Jin Ling is enthusiastic in service. He contacted in advance and recommended the attractions and restaurants for reference. The set meal and tickets were also booked. The little housekeeper helped Zhang Luo, and also sent a supper dumpling.

"While on our way to Wuyuan, we chose to stay at the Wenlan Hotel Jiande Hangzhou (Xin'anjiang Branch) for two nights during our stopover in Jiande, Hangzhou. We were extremely satisfied and considered it an excellent value. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our city view room to a river view room for free. Standing on the balcony, the panoramic view of the Xin'an River was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, proactively offering guidance on local attractions and dining. Each day, they even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and beverages. The room was clean and bright, with new equipment and fast internet. What was even more touching was that from the lobby to the guest rooms, every employee greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, all of excellent quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. Overall, it was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with options like tofu buns and meat buns. "Hotel location is good, 5 minutes walk from the ancient town, but the overall general, there are some scenes in the public area that can be photographed, but the light is not good, there is a place that does not find a place to turn on the light. I specially booked a room with a separate yard, marked 60 square meters, but it should not be there. It feels a bit cramped. The facilities are very general. There are few sockets. There is no socket in the water bar. The first time I encountered it. The bathroom is also very small. The yard is very messy, completely different from what I saw on Trip.com , very small, the front desk said that it was just planted with new green plants, they trimmed it themselves, so it was a bit... I wanted to drink tea in the yard and have breakfast, but I didn't realize it in the end. The so-called tea table buffet, I didn't see it. I don't know where it is. There are quite a lot of empty tea cups and tea sets. The breakfast is good, the amount is enough, and the delivery to the door of the room is also a feature. "We travel frequently and almost always stay at Atour hotels because of their comfortable bedding and friendly service, but this particular one left me speechless. There were four of us: my husband, myself, a nearly 70-year-old senior, and a 6-year-old child. So, I booked two executive king rooms. Since the child and the senior are used to sleeping together, they shared one room. When I booked, I specifically requested rooms far from the elevator and not corner rooms. I also asked for the two rooms to be close to each other so we could easily look after them. After booking, I even called the hotel to reiterate this to the front desk. The hotel's cold response was that they would try to arrange it but couldn't guarantee it, which I understood at the time.
However, upon check-in, we found that one room was right off the elevator, and the other was in the very last corner, at least five or six rooms and a corner away. The breakfast was also the worst value for money I've ever had at an Atour. Is it because Zhejiang prices are high? The front desk staff provided standard, polite, but cold service – very robotic. I didn't see a single person offering service with a smile. Maybe you should try staying at other Atour hotels to see the difference?"

A very good homestay away from the crowds yet near to railway station. .Rooms very spacious and with excellent pillows for a sound sleep. The homestay owners are really great. The husband took us to a place for breakfast . The wife is so kind and accommodating, considerate. After seeing our empty water bottles , she put extra bottles in the room. After our trip she would put the Aircon and lights on before we are back. Fruits and coffee available at the 3rd floor. What more can we say. If I can give marks for this homestay we will give more than the actual marks as they have done beyond our expectations. I will give 20/10 . Great and unforgetable stay indeed. I will surely recommend my friends to come and stay here for an unforgetable experience

Facilities: It's a separate courtyard, the rooms are very clean and fully equipped. There's a large window facing the river, and the room also has a sound system, making it very comfortable to listen to music and relax. The weather was a bit chilly these past two days, so I didn't spend much time outdoors. Summer evenings would definitely be perfect for sitting in the courtyard. The owner said the guesthouse has been open for five years, and judging from the condition of the facilities, it must be well-maintained. The only drawback is that the door isn't very airtight, letting in a little draft and making it slightly chilly, but it's not a big problem with the air conditioning on.
Service: The owner came down to greet me upon arrival and gave a brief introduction to the river view in front of the room. The breakfast on the second day was also plentiful and could be delivered to the room to eat by the window. I didn't take many pictures, but it included porridge, tofu buns, sweet potato, corn, fermented bean curd, etc. In the evening, when it was difficult to get a taxi to the area near the ancient town, the owner even drove me there. They also thoughtfully provided directions for our trip to Wulong Mountain the next day.
Environment: The river embankment in front is perfect for a walk with beautiful scenery. There's also a delicious mochi shop nearby.

Chengcheng@Temporary room, I didn't expect to exceed expectations! The first night of the tree house, the children were very excited, and the facilities in the room were very complete. The second night I changed the parent-child room, and the boss also upgraded the room type for free. 👍👍👍 was very angry. The location of the homestay is also very good, just at the high-speed exit, because I am afraid that the scenic spot is too noisy, so I specially chose outside the scenic spot. It is also very close to the ancient town of Meicheng, ten minutes. The key is that the boss also cooked a good dish, the amount is large and affordable, and it feels the same as in his own home. Really recommend, and people who go to do not miss the breakfast prepared by the proprietress, not rich and simple, but the bun dumplings made by the proprietress herself, the taste is really amazing! It's really delicious.

Guest UserBeautiful place, great location! Found a resort that you can linger on. Xinye Ancient Village is simple and primitive, without any commercial atmosphere. Lingyun Mountain Residence is elegant and unique, just like being at home; Tuanyun Ancient Pagoda is elegant and solemn, revealing a hint of good luck. Thanks to the enthusiastic and meticulous service of housekeeper Jiang Jie, I tasted delicious and cost-effective meals. I will come again next time and consider doing company team building here!

A friend recommended this B&B and said it was very good. My kids were about to start school, so I brought them here to play. After we booked the room, the B&B kindly sent us a detailed check-in guide, a guide to the surrounding areas, and local food recommendations. Because we were traveling with kids, they were also very considerate and provided us with slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. When we encountered any problems, the messages were replied immediately. In the evening, we went to the barbecue restaurant recommended by the B&B for a midnight snack. There were many dishes. It was very pleasant to eat barbecue with my family by the river while enjoying the evening breeze. The next morning, I woke up and opened the curtains. The unbeatable river view was right in front of me, and my mood instantly brightened. The B&B also has bicycles to ride. After breakfast in the morning, I took a stroll around the river. I felt refreshed. Before leaving, the store manager gave us souvenirs and a lacquer fan-making experience. The kids had a lot of fun. I will definitely come again next time!

Teek_The hotel is beautiful. My room had a great view. It's quiet and serene. The staff speaks English and they are very polite and very helpful!
The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.

Guest UserThis hotel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by forests, with the sounds of insects and birds creating a wonderful natural environment. Every staff member was incredibly warm and proactive. They helped us check in early, and the 'magic lamp' service (concierge/on-demand service) was very responsive. The shuttle driver was super friendly and even helped us with our luggage without being asked. Both the swimming pool and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Being pet-friendly is a huge bonus, and both adults and kids had a fantastic time.

When we arrived, the exterior did not quite match the pictures online, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was spacious and clean and very well kept.
Xiao Jiang and the staff on the front desk were patient and extremely helpful. They were sure to escort me to my room and check in on me to see if I needed anything.
The room was lovely. Very comfortable main bed and a stunning view. The shower was modern and spacious, and the projector screen TV was a nice touch.
We were given soft drinks and fruit. Which was also a welcome touch.
The second bed was quite hard - the mattress wasn't really a mattress, so sleeping was somewhat uncomfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and varied. It was mainly Chinese with a few Western choices, too.
The pool was a little disappointing. Not quite full and a little dirty, so we didn't go.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
