"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend the Wyndham Jiande! My stay here was truly excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby design is quite sophisticated, and the soundproofing in the rooms is great, so I slept incredibly well 😴. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and I was very satisfied. The location is also convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, so getting around and finding food was never an issue. What I want to praise most is the hotel staff member, Zoey! She was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in, proactively helping me with hotel facilities and local information. She wasn't perfunctory at all; she made me feel especially welcome, like a friend. When I had a small issue during my stay and reached out to her, she responded and resolved it instantly, always with a super genuine smile that just brightened my day 😊. Having such a dedicated staff member really elevated the entire experience by several levels! I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Jiande, and I hope to see Zoey again too~ I truly recommend it to everyone! 👍"

"The hotel's surroundings are really nice, with a large lawn perfect for those traveling with pets. The rooms are spacious, the toiletries are good, and the air conditioning works very well. Breakfast is bountiful, and there's a welcome fruit platter and a late-night snack service. My only minor complaint is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. Being nestled in the mountains, it's a very peaceful and quiet place."

"The package deal from Trip.com was incredibly good value! We were a group of three adults and one child, staying in two rooms. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner included in the package were more than enough, we even had leftovers. The food was full of pleasant surprises and absolutely delicious 😋. Our room was upgraded to a mountain view, and the room itself had a very premium feel. The 'Squirrel Room' we stayed in for the last two days was definitely a hit with the kids ❤️. One day, we even saw a squirrel scurrying around on the balcony, which was a huge delight for them. Taxis were easy to hail. We visited Yan Zhou Ancient City, Qiliyangfan, Nongfu Spring factory, and Xin'an River Hydropower Station. We'd spend half a day exploring outside, then return to the hotel to enjoy all the facilities and perks: swimming, stream trekking, and the 'Guagua Paradise'. It was a fantastic way to catch the tail end of our vacation, experiencing a relaxing and high-value getaway."

"While on our way to Wuyuan, we chose to stay at the Wenlan Hotel Jiande Hangzhou (Xin'anjiang Branch) for two nights during our stopover in Jiande, Hangzhou. We were extremely satisfied and considered it an excellent value. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our city view room to a river view room for free. Standing on the balcony, the panoramic view of the Xin'an River was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, proactively offering guidance on local attractions and dining. Each day, they even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and beverages. The room was clean and bright, with new equipment and fast internet. What was even more touching was that from the lobby to the guest rooms, every employee greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, all of excellent quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. This is truly a hidden gem among quality hotels; their diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service, combined with their standard operations, truly speaks for itself – they don't need praise, just satisfied guests. We really struck gold with this find, and we highly recommend it!"

"On the way to Huangshan, I accidentally discovered this treasure B&B in Jiande. We were traveling at the wrong peak, so the mountains were quiet and there were few people on that day. The B&B is very stylish, simple and wabi-sabi, and independent from the world. There are many paintings and calligraphy by contemporary famous artists in the gallery, and I feel vaguely that the owner is a distinguished person. The balcony of the room is super large, with a panoramic view of the nearby mountains and distant mountains. When you are in a daze, even breathing is a pleasure. Unfortunately, it was rainy in the evening and I couldn’t see the sunset😭. Maybe it was full of negative oxygen ions and slept very soundly that night. The most commendable thing is that the service is also very good. The beautiful proprietress has good tea to share, the aunt is simple and warm, and the dishes are organic and fresh. Ten thousand recommendations❤️"

"I've always had a good impression of Junlan, so I chose it for this holiday based on my itinerary. After booking, I saw many negative reviews. Thinking it couldn't be that bad, and relying on my past positive impressions of Junlan, I still decided to stay. Parking: Many resort hotels don't have underground parking, but your parking lot wasn't marked, and I wouldn't know it was the hotel's parking lot if I passed by. Also, the parking lot is indeed very small; one evening when I came back, it was three layers deep, and I ended up parking on the street. Check-in: I checked in at noon, prepared for the hotel to say there were no rooms available, but they still prioritized my check-in. Cars aren't allowed inside the hotel, but the shuttle bus to my room was fine. Amenities: The hotel facilities are quite complete, and the room layout and amenities show attention to detail. However, on the second day, I discovered that my door couldn't be closed properly, leaving a large gap at the bottom (as shown in the picture). My room was on the first floor, in a mountain-style accommodation, and the gap was so small that many cute little things could squeeze through it; the hotel hadn't maintained it at all. ✖️I have to complain about the bedding. I'm prone to allergies, but I've stayed in hotels quite a few times. If the disinfection isn't thorough, I usually just get itchy, which is usually avoided by spraying disinfectant spray. However, this time, for some reason, small bumps appeared on the areas not covered by my pajamas! (See picture) They were stinging and itchy! Spraying disinfectant spray didn't help! When I checked out, I saw that some guests had pets. I can only say that the hotel needs to take the disinfection and hygiene of the bedding seriously! Service: I encountered two problems. 1. Normally, the room is provided with two bottles of water per day. The next morning, I called around 12:00 PM and there was no water in the room. I called around 2:00 PM, but it wasn't delivered. Of the ten or so calls I made, only the first one and one in between were answered. Other calls were clearly hung up on because some were answered and then hung up again. I hope the hotel understands that being too busy and refusing to provide service are two different things. 2. The hotel has charging stations (with awnings). When I returned home that evening, there was a parking space under the awning that I confirmed wasn't a charging spot (charging spots have signs like the ones shown on the map), and there were no charging stations behind me. After I parked, the security guard quietly explained that it was a charging spot. On the hotel shuttle bus, I also overheard him reporting to the hotel that ”there are no charging spots left; they're all occupied by gas cars.” I won't go into other details. I'm just surprised by the parking lot staff's unfamiliarity with the facilities and the hotel's apparent neglect of guests due to staff shortages. Overall, the hotel was unsatisfactory. And this is despite spending most of my stay outside. It definitely needs improvement."

"The hotel is beautiful. My room had a great view. It's quiet and serene. The staff speaks English and they are very polite and very helpful! The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed."

旅行歸來，於情於理都需要點贊、推薦的民宿，還有“彩蛋”值得分享😄 於情，舒適有度的接人待物，還免費“蹭”了老闆家的升級房。 原本定的是雙床房，當天上午因民宿接待安排，老闆娘來電溝通，最終幫我們免費升級成大床房。雖是大家互相理解，但老闆老闆娘態度非常好，費用上又有優惠，所以必須得給個贊。出門在外，中國人講究的，不就是一個接人待物的態度嘛👍👍 於理，那更有亮點值得誇獎一下： 其一，位置和環境。民宿就在新安江邊上，朝向江邊的房間，窗外即江景。周邊村莊農户，很安靜。但有一定距離的地方（一公里開外吧），餐飲超市夜間燒烤俱全，生活便利。 其二，設施和衞生。升級後的大床房，房間很大，很整潔。一進門就能看出，主人家是愛乾淨的人😄最關鍵的，床品很棒，睡上去很舒服；淋浴熱水出水很快且大，洗澡感覺很好。 其三，設計感和公共空間。雖然不是時下網紅民宿的概念，但很明顯，民宿是設計過的。三樓的觀景陽台、吧枱式的餐飲空間、投屏和活動空間，透露出的是，不刻意，但實用、有情調。 最大的期待，其實是“彩蛋”。 記得，一定要吃老闆娘做的早餐，驚艷！ 第一天的的板栗肉粽，糯香的板栗，被醬油香、油脂香的糯米包裹着，一口咬下去，是香甜混合著鹹香的感覺，又覺得特別鮮，真是“鮮掉眉毛”的感覺😋 第二天的葱油拌麪，不會特別油，也不是那種焦黃的葱油，而是青葱帶着被熱油激發的那種靈感，滲到麪裏的感覺，再加上一點點的青椒的辣，想要不吃完一碗都難😂 還有用棗打的豆漿，等等。説實話，吃到食物本身的味道，本應就是旅行的應有之義！ 記得，早起看新安江的霧。絕對出片！ 老闆和我們説，新安江的江水常年17℃（建德的宣傳片也是這樣説的），氣温略高的早晨，江面上水霧瀰漫，甚至能抵達民宿門口，就像仙境一般。 （這裏就看出位置的重要性了吧😎） 我們入住的時間，温度還沒達標，網上推薦的時間是5到6月。但是，可以想象，青山出雲霞，人在霧中游，江天一色，天人合一，妙哉妙哉🌄 於是乎，又有了再去一次的念想😆 建德是安靜且美的，米家民宿也是。推薦！

Absolute Gem! Perfect views, spotless rooms, and incredible hospitality I cannot recommend this place enough! It was truly worth every penny, and I’m so glad we stayed here. First off, the views are breathtaking—especially in the morning during breakfast. Sitting outside with the mist rising over the river next to the property was pure magic. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very tidy, which made us feel right at home. The service is top-notch. The owners are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond for their guests. They offer assistance in both Chinese and English, which made communication so easy. They gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby activities and even took the time to call ahead to make sure places were open—such a thoughtful touch! Lingyun Mountain Residence is elegant and unique, just like being at home; Tuanyun Ancient Pagoda is elegant and solemn, revealing a hint of good luck. The room is very big and very clean. We had dinner and breakfast at their in-house restaurant (遇见餐厅）, both are excellent. We love the food and the spacious restaurant. The boss is very enthusiastic and very helpful. The environment is also very quiet, we slept really well. It’s a 5 min walk to 大慈岩Daciyan scenic area. We got free tickets for our stay. 🐶 Zhejiang's 'Good Stays' | A five-hour journey to a private mountain dream at Yunman Songjian in Jiande! To find a place where my 14-year-old dog, Afu, who walks slowly, could run around freely and enjoy warm sunshine, I searched countless 'Jiangsu-Zhejiang pet-friendly B&Bs' online. Ultimately, Yunman Songjian Hot Spring B&B in Jiande successfully caught my eye. With a hint of apprehension (after all, I've seen too many 'photo hoaxes' online), we drove nearly five hours from Shanghai to Jiande. As we finally navigated the winding mountain roads, the scenery before us suddenly opened up, and I knew this trip was worth it! We stayed in a private hot spring courtyard room for four nights. The entire B&B only has 15 rooms, each uniquely designed and breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond the stunning environment, what truly surprised us was the service: the B&B's staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and every detail was meticulously handled, making us feel right at home. Life at Yunman Songjian was simply divine: **Panoramic Views**: One morning, I hiked for half an hour to the highest point. It was the first time I truly saw the endless, vast expanse of surrounding mountains stretching as far as the eye could see. My heart immediately felt expansive. **A Feast for the Palate**: Every day, we enjoyed fresh vegetables picked by the aunties from their garden and delicious homemade cured meats – simple yet incredibly satisfying. **Mind and Body Relaxation**: During the day, Afu and I relaxed in the sun, taking photos that garnered countless likes on social media. In the evenings, we soaked away our fatigue in the warm private hot spring. During a casual chat, one of the B&B's staff shared a secret: in March, the ten-mile cherry blossoms here bloom, and the scenery is incredibly beautiful! This made me eagerly anticipate another visit. This wonderful week not only brought a flood of positive comments to my social media, but my old Afu also happily ate, drank, and sunbathed with me every day, with his happiness index off the charts! On our way back, the B&B thoughtfully gave me a large bag of freshly picked vegetables, along with their homemade red wine and pickles as souvenirs. A friend recommended this B&B and said it was very good. My kids were about to start school, so I brought them here to play. After we booked the room, the B&B kindly sent us a detailed check-in guide, a guide to the surrounding areas, and local food recommendations. Because we were traveling with kids, they were also very considerate and provided us with slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. When we encountered any problems, the messages were replied immediately. In the evening, we went to the barbecue restaurant recommended by the B&B for a midnight snack. There were many dishes. It was very pleasant to eat barbecue with my family by the river while enjoying the evening breeze. The next morning, I woke up and opened the curtains. The unbeatable river view was right in front of me, and my mood instantly brightened. The B&B also has bicycles to ride. After breakfast in the morning, I took a stroll around the river. I felt refreshed. Before leaving, the store manager gave us souvenirs and a lacquer fan-making experience. The kids had a lot of fun. I will definitely come again next time!

When we arrived, the exterior did not quite match the pictures online, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was spacious and clean and very well kept. Xiao Jiang and the staff on the front desk were patient and extremely helpful. They were sure to escort me to my room and check in on me to see if I needed anything. The room was lovely. Very comfortable main bed and a stunning view. The shower was modern and spacious, and the projector screen TV was a nice touch. We were given soft drinks and fruit. Which was also a welcome touch. The second bed was quite hard - the mattress wasn't really a mattress, so sleeping was somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. It was mainly Chinese with a few Western choices, too. The pool was a little disappointing. Not quite full and a little dirty, so we didn't go. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
