The service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The washing machine is different from the one at home. The room attendants are very friendly. The enthusiastic help and guidance, and even delivered to the room after washing, made people feel warm and highly recommended. The breakfast tastes good. The overall feeling of the hotel is very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. There is a gym where you can run in the morning. This stay was perfect! From the warm and thoughtful smiling service of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean and comfortable environment in the room, every detail makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the room is well soundproofed, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and even the coffee can be customized with latte art! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I checked out. I highly recommend it to all my friends who are traveling!

Must give a thumbs up to the service of this hotel! On the day of check-in, we had too much luggage and the staff took the initiative to help us carry it. When they learned that we were here for a trip, they even hand-drew a map of the surrounding food. If you want to have a midnight snack at night, the room service responds quickly and even the instant noodles are beautifully presented. When I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk remembered that I liked iced American coffee, so she packed a cup for me to drink on the way. It feels so good to be valued. I will stay here again next time!

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Hotan City hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.
"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine."

"I was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing."

The most important thing was that the toilet auntie disinfected each guest one by one. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

It is also very close to the Hotan Old Night Market, and the airport can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the hotel (if there is no traffic jam). Overall, I am very satisfied and you can rest assured to place an order and check in!

DDrift-sjIt feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!
