The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

"Hotel is excellent but their staff is even better. They helped me a lot in this trip. I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy . The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange smells in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, which was reassuring. It was incredibly quiet at night, no noise at all, so I had an excellent night's sleep. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, so there's no need to rush for early trains.
