"A family came to Heze to see the peonies and chose to stay in this hotel. It felt like an original place when they came in. The starry sky roof was very popular with the kids. The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! Five-star praise, recommended!"

"Room Condition: Acceptable Cleaning Service: Extremely Poor Reasons: On the first day, the drinking water in the room was open. After cleaning on the second day, the absorbent pad at the bathroom door was removed and not replaced. The duvet cover fell off and was not replaced, nor were the sheets. Overall, the service was inferior to Hilton Garden Inn. After notifying the front desk, they refused to replace the bed, claiming the cleaning staff were off duty."

From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail showed meticulous attention to detail, making it a top choice for any trip! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the oriental aesthetic design. The natural wood tones paired with soft, warm lighting created a Zen-like atmosphere that instantly relieved travel fatigue. The fragrance was refreshing and not overpowering, making me feel incredibly relaxed. Check-in was extremely efficient, with friendly staff who thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and nearby transportation, making for a fantastic experience. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise! It was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light, and spotlessly clean – not a single corner was hard to find. The combination of the Ji Sleep mattress and natural latex pillows was incredibly comfortable, and the pure cotton bedding was skin-friendly and breathable. I slept soundly all night, completely eliminating the fatigue of my business trip. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, a stable hot water supply, and Ji Hotel's exclusive geranium essential oil toiletries – a high-quality touch that's safe for sensitive skin. The attention to detail truly reflects quality. The amenities are incredibly practical, with a 24-hour self-service laundry room offering washer and dryer, so business travelers no longer need to worry about laundry. The breakfast area boasts a wide variety of options, including porridge, hot dishes, snacks, and freshly ground coffee, with fresh ingredients and timely replenishment – a truly comforting and satisfying experience. The hotel's location is also excellent, not far from the subway station and shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, thoughtful, and offered great value for money. All Seasons truly delivers a truly "natural and elegant" travel experience! I will definitely choose All Seasons again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all my friends!"

Orange Heze Zhongbei New Urban Center Hotel
"I stayed at the Orange Hotel again during my trip to Heze. This Orange Hotel is not far from Heze Railway Station, about 3km away. I specifically chose a hotel close to the station for convenience when transferring to the high-speed train the next day. The hotel reception was quite welcoming; although there were several people checking in, the process was still quick. The hotel is a few years old, so it's not the latest California Sunshine room type (I've always liked Huazhu's design style). It's an older version, but it's well-maintained. However, there were some issues with the bathroom amenities. I can understand that the bath towels are worn out due to age, but this one had a hole in the middle, which was unacceptable. Also, I forgot to mention that the drinks included in the room package in my booking were not provided. I suggest improving this."

"Beautiful hotel with its style. Everything is made under the American coffee shop. Extreme in one style. When settled, they give a coupon for 1 coffee (espresso). The room is large enough, there is a place to work (write table) and rest (couch). There is a teapot, tea, coffee in drift packages. Bathrooms are all there too. Everything is comfortable and beautiful."
