The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them."

"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The location is definitely the biggest plus, right against Mount Dayan, you can even walk to the scenic area, and the hotel has its own large garden, which is perfect for families with kids. However, the dining is a major drawback. Breakfast options are limited and of poor quality. The bread came in individual packets, and the salad corn had fruit flies. There were only two types of juice, both concentrated, and the milk was watered down. As for hot dishes, besides fried rice and vermicelli, there were hardly any other choices. They clear everything away incredibly fast, right on time. At 10:33 AM, not a single coffee machine was on, and the coffee beans had already been removed. I was planning to grab a coffee after eating, which was just ridiculous. It's quite a drop in quality compared to other five-star hotels."

The rooms are spacious and have street views. They are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including bathroom facilities. The beds are clean, and the room lighting is excellent, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There is also a sofa bed and two chairs for guests' use, making it convenient for both work and dining. The second and third floors offer sauna and foot massage services, priced from 100 to 180 depending on the service hours. The quality and facilities are acceptable, but it's inconvenient to have to go upstairs to get food for your massage. Considering the hotel's price, it offers good value for money and is a worthwhile option.

There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way.
I would definitely come back when I am around the area.
