"This resort hotel offered great value for money during the Chinese New Year holiday. It was clean and tidy, and they upgraded us to a cloud-view room with a fantastic panoramic view where we could see everyone setting off fireworks. There were plenty of facilities for kids, both the indoor and outdoor playgrounds and pools were good. The outdoor facilities were a bit older but didn't affect the fun. The hotel staff had a great service attitude, and the restaurant specially prepared children's meals for our kids. Our breakfasts for all three days were custom-made, big thanks to Mark from the F&B department! Both the hotel buffet and the Chinese restaurant served good food. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows.
But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard."

"The front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.
The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.
In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.

The beds are clean, and the room lighting is excellent, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There is also a sofa bed and two chairs for guests' use, making it convenient for both work and dining. The second and third floors offer sauna and foot massage services, priced from 100 to 180 depending on the service hours. The quality and facilities are acceptable, but it's inconvenient to have to go upstairs to get food for your massage. Considering the hotel's price, it offers good value for money and is a worthwhile option.

There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way.
I would definitely come back when I am around the area.
