GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes.
Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals?
Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

When I went to the front desk, I was told that there would be a charge for upgrading the room type. Moreover, the room I booked at the time was a room with a window. I didn’t know which room type it was said to be upgraded at the beginning. , the room type that was upgraded later was the same as the room type that was originally booked, and the room type that was booked before was the room with a window.
But other than that, the room is quite clean. The quilt is a little stained. The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of watching TV in the next room.

The rooms are spacious and have street views. They are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including bathroom facilities. The beds are clean, and the room lighting is excellent, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There is also a sofa bed and two chairs for guests' use, making it convenient for both work and dining. The second and third floors offer sauna and foot massage services, priced from 100 to 180 depending on the service hours. The quality and facilities are acceptable, but it's inconvenient to have to go upstairs to get food for your massage. Considering the hotel's price, it offers good value for money and is a worthwhile option.

The second thing was the seafood buffet, which was so expensive, the food was poor, the variety was small, and the supply was slow. It was not worth the price, and the scene was very messy!
