GGuest UserThe environment is great and perfect. It is spacious and bright. I feel very comfortable as soon as I enter. The design of the toilet is also very good. I like the sliding door very much. When I get in and out of the elevator, I find there is a weather forecast. This is very interesting. It is the first time I have seen it.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
If you have the chance, go to this hotel.

The room was spacious with excellent natural light, and the decor was simple yet elegant. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money was outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible.
Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like.
This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻
If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

The air conditioner is still central air conditioner. The price is very high here, the room is beautiful, there is an elevator, there is free laundry and drying, there is hot tea this winter, many samples are free to use, this boss is very careful. The front desk lady is very warm and generous, and the check-in is also very fast. It is best to live here for business trips. Recommend everyone to live.

There are also lobster and shark fin fish maw soup, and other varieties are also abundant. It coincides with my wife's birthday. The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Ren at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room. We can also watch the lights at night. Night view and musical fountain show, a very satisfying stay experience. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Heshan. We also bought two sets of Donggu seasoning gift boxes for friends

When checking in, the front desk staff was very efficient and recommended the fun places around, which instantly made people look forward to the city.
