"The location is excellent, right in the center of Handan, within walking distance to Congtai Park and Handan Road. The hotel is located within a commercial complex, with a mall right next door, making shopping and dining very convenient. Parking is also easy, with options both above ground and in the basement. However, the cleanliness was an issue; there was a strong sewage smell, and I even found a spider on the bed. For facilities, the showerhead was broken, but everything else was fine. The service was good and responsive. As for breakfast, don't have high expectations, and it's acceptable."

"Every time I've been to Handan before, I've stayed near Congtai New Century, but this time I chose the Wyndham Hotel near Meile City. It was a pleasant surprise! It's a 10-minute walk to Meile City and the Handan Museum, making it convenient for getting around without traffic. The hotel facilities are also excellent and tasteful. The service is attentive without being overbearing, which is great. I especially want to mention their security department. I forgot to lock my car, and they promptly reminded me and even took the initiative to wipe my car clean, which was very heartwarming. Thumbs up, I'll definitely stay at Wyndham again next time!"

"During the Qingming holiday, our family visited Handan, a city with a 3,000-year history, and it was wonderful. The hotel is very close to Meile City, just a short walk to grab a meal. The hotel has a huge number of rooms and is quite good for a budget hotel. My family was very satisfied. The hotel offers free parking and even has EV charging stations. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. I wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children. Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. Parking is very convenient in this hotel. The car can be parked directly in the ground parking lot. However, the main road in front of the door is under construction at this time. The navigation led to a small road, which was a bit congested. The room is on the 20th floor with a wide view. My mother said that the curtains are automatic. I mainly like that there is no raised door stone in the room, which is convenient for the elderly to walk. My parents are very satisfied with the hotel!

The room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
