This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

This time I stayed at the Dongtaihang Chenxi Hotel and the experience was great! The hotel has a first-class environment, the mountains are surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the scenery is really more beautiful. Special thanks to Miss Xie Yu at the front desk, the service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the patience to introduce us to the hotel facilities and play suggestions, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool is very good value, and the photos are very good. The restaurant is very cost-effective and the dishes taste online. The overall hardware, environment and service are all online. It is very convenient to walk to the scenic spot in 5 minutes. This is the first choice for visiting Dongtaihang. I will stay next time! highly recommended!

The room was clean, the bed was clean, the front desk service was very good, and a small gift was given. There were ten varieties of breakfast buffet. The food was still very satisfactory. The restaurant was not big. It is also very convenient to store luggage. It is more than one kilometer away from the Museum of Shanghai. It is convenient to ride a bicycle. It is convenient to eat downstairs and have parking lots. It is a good hotel.

It's average. It looks good in the photos online, but the room is decorated. You have to queue up for breakfast in the lobby on the first floor. The room door is not soundproof, so I didn't get a good rest. I'd better stay at Seasons in the future.

Location: Very superior, the newly built road is directly connected to the overpass! Environment: Quiet and elegant, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Service: The staff is intimate, the price is super high, the first choice for family travel accommodation, because it is too intimate, there are charging piles, the treasure chest at the front desk needs everything, children's slippers and teeth are really great. Facilities: Intelligent voice, very comfortable to smack your mouth [screaming teeth] Give my child a story at night haha! The hotel is relatively new, the room is very clean, this is too important! The price is affordable, yet the service is far from perfunctory. The room isn't huge but is well-laid out with excellent natural light. Even the older facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly and the Wi-Fi signal is stable, so there are no issues with usability. What truly impressed me was the genuine sincerity – the cleaning staff proactively offered to change towels, and the front desk thoughtfully reminded me of check-out times and important information. There was no aggressive upselling, just the right amount of thoughtful care.

The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. It was spacious with a good view. Toiletries were provided, and the lotion had a pleasant, ice cream-like scent. On the downsides, the shower and toilet in my double room were near the window, making it a bit cold after showering as the air conditioning didn't reach that area. The soundproofing was relatively poor; even closing a door next door could disturb my room. The elevator was located in a shared area, and although it was a private elevator, it still felt somewhat cheap. For the off-season price, I think it's quite good value. It's close to Congtai Park, Zhao Du Li Yan, and Handan Road, and the New Century Shopping Mall is right next door, making dining convenient. Access to bus stops and taxis is easy, and there's also a dedicated parking lot, making it generally convenient.
