"The room facilities are great and the size is sufficient; the mattress isn't too soft either. The hotel staff are very service-oriented, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. From Sales Director Andy Zhou and Housekeeping Manager Jimmy Yang, who actively assisted us with our luggage, to Front Office Manager Martin Chen, who promptly helped us change rooms, and the housekeeping aunties who delivered ice buckets and latex pillows to us very quickly—everyone was fantastic. The breakfast was also good. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was a bit warm."

cbiot324A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

From the beginning of the door, the service of the front desk lady was particularly warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed was super fast, and the surrounding food and play guides were intimately informed.
