The location is very convenient, with a food street just walking away, offering a wide variety of dining options. The hotel service is also excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe environment is nice and clean. They also gave me breakfast coupons, which saved me money on breakfast. I always choose this one every time I come back. However, it is next to the national highway, so some roads close to the road may have the sound of large vehicles passing by.

Ccbiot324A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

GGuest UserMy stay at the Grand Cloud Hotel Shenzhen Shanwei Bay left a fantastic impression on me!
Even though the hotel isn't in the very center of Shanwei, its location is excellent, situated in a developing area right next to a fishing village. The environment is quiet and refreshing. The room was spacious and bright; the deluxe sea-view room I stayed in received plenty of sunlight during the day, and the balcony directly overlooked the fishing village and the sea, offering a natural yet diverse view. The fishing village has retained its original charm, and it's quite enjoyable to take a stroll there and experience local fishing life.
The hotel service was exceptional. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very attentive, and I especially want to thank Shuangshuang for her meticulous service. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The steamed dim sum, in particular, was authentic and delicious, with dishes like phoenix claws, tripe, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai – very satisfying. Dining and entertainment options nearby are also convenient, and in the evenings, you can take a walk through the bustling and lively streets nearby.
Overall, this hotel offers a beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, attentive service, and excellent value for money. The next time I visit Shenzhen Shanwei Bay, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserBooked two rooms, not on the road, originally thought it would be very quiet. I don't know why, there have been people running around in the middle of the night, and there are people walking around in high heels, moving tables and chairs, very noisy. The bathroom is filled with a smell.
Parking is convenient, it is free, and the reception service is good. Breakfast is good.

PPatapeppyThe hotel is quite big and new, but the shower products they provide are only in very small bottles. I went for a run in the morning and came back to take a shower, so the shampoo and shower liquid were not enough. In addition, the two boxes of combs provided by the hotel are also empty, so please note this.

GGuest UserI don't usually comment, but I'm from Chaoshan and I come here because of its reputation. I upgraded the room type and lived in the parent-child loft. The environment and facilities are very good (it would be better if there was an air conditioner in the children's loft in summer and children's toothbrushes were provided). The entire camp, the rooms and the lake are very beautiful. The children played football and threw darts. The barbecue dinner atmosphere and ingredients are good. The open-air karaoke is also great. You can also fish around. Another impressive thing is that the staff's service attitude is very good, almost responsive. While waiting to check in, they took the initiative to provide toys for the children, and even tried their best to help me when my computer could not connect to the Internet. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities around. It is more suitable for retreat at present. However, Luyue Island has just started, and I believe it will get better and better.
