Given the many hotels that I have stayed in around China, I feel the tariff is way too high given room size and condition of premises. Looking very tired! Breakfast is typical Chinese style served a few doors down. There is another newer section of 8accommodation in this hotel, not the so called 'apartment'.
Reception staff very helpful, though very limited English. In summary, I think there is probably better value accommodation to be found in the area.

Service: There are subsidized drinks and popsicles downstairs. The front desk is attentive and welcoming.
Choose one of the two tickets for Tangquan: free Tangquan ticket. Hot spring service is warm.
A very cost-effective hotel, I will come back next time.

huihui11I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to thoughtful recommendations about the local area, their hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport.

Not bad, I chose it mainly because of its convenient location. The room was quite spacious, but when I changed from a king room to a standard twin room, the complimentary breakfast was gone. Canceling was too much of a hassle, so I didn't bother. I booked this for a friend.

Guest UserAbsolute five-star praise! From the reception to the check-out, the whole experience is full. The service is professional and intimate, and any needs can be solved quickly. The rooms are clean and odorless, the mattress pillows are comfortable and the bathroom products are of high quality. The public area is clean and elegant, the supporting facilities are perfect, the location is excellent, whether it is a tourist or a business trip, it has been recommended to friends, and I will stay again next time!

Let me talk about the shortcomings first: the surrounding area of the hotel is very deserted, the takeaway is not available, and it takes 1 hour to basically send it over. Friends who mind this can see other hotels.
Facilities: The facilities are OK, after all, just opened
Hygienic: The sanitary conditions are average, but the price is very cost-effective
Service: I always feel that the hotel is so-so. When we stayed, there was no shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The staff can do more to brush up on their service levels. As the property requires to pay at the hotel, the staff don’t realize that business travelers need to get their receipts. When requested they make it seem difficult. Eventually I had to drop my request and leave. Disappointing experience. The staff need to be trained to provide this to foreign guests.

The room was decent, and the 2-meter bed was quite spacious, perfect for families with children. The hot spring was a bit disappointing; the lighting was dim, and the kids' play area was tiny, just a shallow pool right at the entrance. However, there's a larger swimming pool further back with several small hot spring baths, which adults can enjoy. Overall, the environment is quite good, and it's very convenient to reach Ocean Park.

Guest UserThe room was nice and clean, the front desk was friendly and the service was very good. The hygiene is really good, there is nothing to complain about. The glass door is wiped clean and shines. The hotel has a decent parking space, you can park anywhere on either side of the road, and there are many food stores selling clothes nearby. It is also very close to the square, only 5 minutes' walk away. Walking on the vast playground stimulates healthy hormones, and boating on the lake is also a unique experience! The hotel is very warm, relaxing and comfortable, highly recommended! ! Good, good, good! ! !
