Best but a little find to hard hotel in Dezhou. (surrounded by a small shopping arcade) I've stayed at all the best ranking hotels in Dezhou and finally came across staying here at the Manxin which toped them all. Clean rooms and great facilities. The general manager was very helping, kind and fluent in english and the staff were excellent which made my stay even better. Breakfast was also at the same level. Good International hot food although they may want to work on some items like the bacon and ham. A must stay if you are in this area. (3 nights/suite room)

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away – it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I entered, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The smart home system was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy control of the lights and curtains, making for a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally well-equipped with USB ports, a makeup mirror, a laundry basket, and even conditioner – they thoughtfully provided small touches. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness; I didn't want to get up and slept soundly. The hairdryer was powerful and easy to use, the smart toilet was clean and luxurious, and the bath towels and hand towels were thick, soft, and of high quality – very comfortable and reassuring to use. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the taste was fantastic – I was very satisfied. The overall environment was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the experience was excellent. Both the hardware and service were on par with Atour Hotel. My first stay was a complete success; it's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it!

For context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings. The good: Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English. They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days). Very good value rooms. The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission). The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling. One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay. Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!). The bad: They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves. They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work. There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow. The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up. The ugly: Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay.

Let me talk about the advantages: the hotel is newly opened, the room is very new when it is opened, it makes people feel comfortable, the location is easy to find, and overall it is very clean. Let me talk about the shortcomings: the bed is extremely hard when I sleep on it. It is truly the hardest bed I have ever slept on, but my whole body aches from sleeping on it. The toilet smells like sewers and the exhaust pipes are not very good. Although there are windows, they cannot be opened and the whole room is very stuffy.

This time in Ningjin, I specifically chose a highly rated hotel, and the result was a real surprise. I absolutely have to give it a five-star rating! I booked a business king-size bed. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable mattress. The disposable toiletries were also high-quality. Check-in was fast, and they even offered free printing. The service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this business hotel again when I'm in Ningjin!

Everything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull. Room is very big and spacious. Well kept overall. Comfortable bed and shower is huge. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dezhou

Where I arrived at the general location of Grace Inn, l couldn't find the entrance to the hotel even though the exterior of the hotel fits the description. Instead I saw the reception for Inzone Allike Inn. In desperation, I asked a tailor shop nearby for directions, he kindly saw me to the Inzone Allike reception and said that is the correct address. Confusing but I made it. I have booked a room with no window but the friendly receptionist upgraded me to one with window. That was a great help because I stayed 4 nights here. Due to the difficulty of securing train tickets, I decided to stay longer in Dezhou and made a day trip to Jinan. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stops are also a short walk away.

The service was truly outstanding. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. They even gave my baby a small gift and a massage hammer to help me unwind. My only suggestion would be to expand the pool next year. My child absolutely loved the fireworks and water park at Oulebao. We'll definitely be staying here again next year!

Facilities: The refrigeration system is standardized and the bed is very comfortable. The room is large and the bathroom facilities are safe. Hygiene: clean, tidy and comfortable, Environment: Quiet, suitable for rest Service: The check-in process is quick and the customer service staff is gentle and courteous.
