Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles.
Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. "Before heading to Chengdu, we opted to stay at the Deyang Guanghan Fengdu Hotel because of its proximity to the Sanxingdui Museum and archaeological site. The hotel's location is super convenient, and they even offer a free shuttle service to Sanxingdui. However, for more flexibility, we chose to drive ourselves there and back. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the very efficient front desk staff, and the lobby's design is quite unique. The room itself was standard 5-star quality and very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered excellent value for money."

"The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old, so the bathroom is very small, and the location of the toilet is unreasonable, which makes it very inconvenient."

"I booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip, and the experience was surprisingly good! First of all, the cleanliness was superb; every corner of the room was spotless, even the baseboards were dust-free. The staff were incredibly friendly; when I asked where the laundry room was, the guy immediately offered to bring it to me and even told me how long the drying would take, saving me a lot of time. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruit, all of which tasted great. Most importantly, the hotel has charging stations, and there's a food street right next door, making it a perfect place to stroll back after dinner – very pleasant. The location is also very convenient; it's not far from the high-speed rail station, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip!"

"It was a very satisfying trip. It was my first time to visit Sanxingdui in Deyang. Because we were traveling with children, the hotel was considerate enough to upgrade us to a parent-child room. The room was fully equipped with a smart toilet, smart master control, and clothes-drying facilities. The parent-child room was also large and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, pays attention to feedback, helps with directions, and recommends the famous Deyang dry pot, which is delicious."

"Choosing this hotel for my business trip was such a wise decision! The location is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a great restaurant downstairs, offering both mild and spicy options to suit different tastes. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was pure cotton, comfortable and breathable, and the desk and chairs were practical and spacious enough to work comfortably. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting me and making me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

Perfect
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed and is probably the most friendly one. The room is spacious, decorated with Chinese traditional style and yet the room is equipped with modern electronics. The staff at front desk, restaurant, coffee shop and bell desk were all very nice and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even booked our taxi to SanXingDui and train station for free. The breakfast and afternoon tee was complimentary with the stay. We had lunch at their restaurant and the dishes were very tasty too. Overall we rate our stay 10 out of 10 if not higher.

Excellent, very friendly and polite at reception and in the cafe and gym. Great fitness facilities, 25m pool and well equipped modern gym. Quiet surroundings but only a short taxi ride from the scenic spots including Sanxingdui, without the hassle of the crowds. Rooms were great, large and comfy and breakfast had a great choice. Fantastic value for money.

The team here was incredible — super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was one-of-a-kind, with a private hot tub that made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. Everything was tidy, well set up, and easy from beginning to end. They also have a really cool Mercedes van that can take you straight to the famous museum nearby, which was such a nice bonus. It’s a great spot for families too — kids will definitely love it here. A fantastic place all around!

The location was in a small village outside of Mianzhu or Deyang. It was a beautiful place surrounded by farmland to the front and bamboo-covered mountains to the back. The staff were very helpful with our requests. We mainly communicated through translation app, as they did not speak English. The hot springs were available to us every day. You could easily walk or also ask for a buggy ride up to it. Some of the large hot spring pools were closed, we believe due to it being winter time. But there were still more than 12 hot springs open. If you are a westerner travelling here, don’t expect a cozy residents bar. There is a bar area but not that equipped. We did not try the hotel restaurants. We walked 1km or 2km into the village and had many cheap restaurant options and the locals were very friendly and accommodating with our lack of Chinese. The room had a torch also available, which made it easy to walk along the road when it was dark.

Good mood was a bit of a reach for my entrance to the hotel. I’ll proudly be the first foreigner to have stayed here. Luckily I was with a Chinese friend, otherwise he would have not checked me in. Finally, getting in the room I went right to bed. Fortunately, I got a knock at 7:30am from the hotel. 3 seconds later the staff member used his key card to open the door. I covered myself with blankets quickly, but my sleep was already ruined. The purpose of him coming into my room without approval… I think he was concerned for my safety. Sometimes people need to think about the logic of doing something before thinking it will be a good thing because it seems so. I will never stay here again.
