After a large steep slope, it is another quiet and elegant world. The hotel front desk, customer service, cleaning of the executive floor, parking lot ferry service, breakfast service staff are very professional, thoughtful, and have reached the five-star standard! "It was hard to book a room during the Spring Festival, so the hotel cancelled my reservation without my permission. After 10pm, my whole family was shivering in the cold wind. I found the front desk, and they told me that they didn't have a contact number, so they couldn't confirm with me. They cancelled the reservation if I didn't check in after 21:00. I was speechless. Such a big hotel has no way to contact guests. Why didn't they tell the guests when booking that the reservation would be cancelled if they didn't check in after 21:00? The front desk service attitude was too vicious, and they kept making excuses for their mistakes at work. In the end, they just ignored me, and kept silent. How can such a service attitude be worthy of a four-star hotel?"

It seems that Dazhou is just an Atour hotel, so take a taxi and say Atour directly.

It is just that parking is a little difficult (it may be the New Year, and the restaurant in the same building is too popular). Thanks to the front desk ladies for their warm service. They didn't ask for good reviews, so I didn't either. I asked them who they were. They were two young ladies who were on the 3pm shift on the fourth day of the Chinese New Year. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and problems are solved in time. Health is done in place, the environment is quiet and not noisy. It is a very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. It is close to the mall and People’s Square. The little improvement could be made with the name if the hotel. The name on the hotel is ‘Prolit’ It’s different from the name on trip.com, which is ‘Puli’.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, a perfect five stars! From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The smart room controls were so convenient; I could adjust the lights and draw the curtains with a simple voice command from bed without even getting up. The smart toilet was just as comfortable as the one at home, and even the hair dryer was a Laifen brand, leaving my hair smooth and frizz-free. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The memory foam pillow had just the right firmness; I slept on it for two nights without experiencing any neck pain. The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage. Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

First and foremost, I have to say that Yaduo is the best hotel in Qu County. The rooms are modern and the front desk staff is friendly. I go back every year to visit family. Although it may be newly opened, there are still many areas for improvement. 1. Elevator: There are three elevators, one of which is closed to customers due to renovations, and the other one frequently has problems accepting credit cards. 2. Breakfast: The soy milk was cold, the tofu pudding was average, the bread was low quality (it seemed dried out due to age), the soy sauce separated from the individual packages of strawberry jam (I didn't dare use it), the rice noodles were overcooked, and I couldn't find the coffee spoon by the coffee machine (I asked the lady who gave me a jam knife). 3. There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.

I really think this hotel is pretty good. My language barrier didn't hinder me here; the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and patient. The service was incredibly fast. They truly understood my situation that my Chinese are not really good. The hotel's cleanliness is also very well maintained, they cleaned my hotel room and replaced the items I had used with new ones. They also given me a realy good taste Snack, This hotel is relatively cheap but the service and facilities are really very good.
