She said that she deleted the Huazhuhui APP. Then she didn't explain anything to me. In fact, I can understand the group may have such assessment requirements for staff, but I think the staff should not operate my mobile phone without clearly informing me that I may use my mobile phone to download certain software. And, if I hadn't seen it, she wouldn't even tell me she'd already downloaded the app and deleted it. Later, I contacted the front desk again. It was their manager who answered the phone. He said that this is the whole season 4.0, and the whole season 4.0 cannot be locked. What I don't understand is that if there is a room that can be locked at the beginning, why do you always say no, and say what you are? The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms. Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.

There are also nightly activities in the Plaza for kids and their families. There are many authentic restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The breakfast buffet features many items to choose from and everything is tasty. Only one thing I’ll point out is that the smart toilets do not feature the bidet washing function. Overall I had an amazing stay with no complaints at all.
