"This tent was a wonderful surprise!! (It's incredibly cost-effective! As long as you follow the butler's instructions and close the door behind you, you'll basically be free of bugs. And those who say there are bugs here, you might as well not come to the desert; you're better off staying home.) Firstly, we went during the off-season, and there were only four of us in two rooms at the entire campsite. We could do whatever we wanted! The sand is right outside, the pool for photos, and the food street are all very close. In the evening, you can even have a tent, BBQ, or hot pot – it's incredibly comprehensive! You could call it the ”desert version of Aranya”! The reception center and the butler were exceptionally attentive and provided excellent service! A big plus! We were initially worried about carrying a lot of luggage because other reviews mentioned walking a long way, but a Jeep from the reception center picked us up. We later learned that most hotel guests can call a Jeep, which was very convenient. The driver even helped us with our luggage! The playground equipment was also great; we didn't bring swimwear but could still play without getting wet. Overall, highly recommended! I'll bring my family here again next time!"

"This hotel is truly unique! Taking the cable car up to the hotel offers breathtaking views along the way, showcasing the stunning desert landscape – a truly rare and precious resource. My favorite part was the pillows and mattress; after a full day of activities, I slept incredibly soundly. The lamb at breakfast was absolutely divine – so tender, refreshing, and fragrant. There was a wide variety of drinks, including various beers and wines. We rode camels and witnessed both sunrise and sunset. Spending the afternoon relaxing on a lounge chair in the desert was incredibly blissful. This was the best vacation ever, with first-class desert scenery. Highly recommend for family holidays!"

"The hotel should be one of the best in Dalat Banner Town. Those who want to stay in a better place have no other choice. The parking lot is large and there are charging piles. The room is also quite large and clean. The breakfast is rich. The hotel is not far from the desert scenic spot by car. Overall it is good. It's just that the front desk made a mistake in payment. I booked the QuickPass on Ctrip to stay now and pay later. I explained it to the front desk when applying for the room card, but the front desk had to prepay 800 yuan first. In the end, the hotel and Ctrip had to repeat the payment after check-out. The room payment was deducted. If I hadn't noticed that the room payment was deducted twice, I would have to bear the cost of one more night's room. I hope the hotel will not make such a low-level mistake again."

"Our business trip and field research trip included a two-day stopover in Ordos City. Having already passed the peak season for grassland tourism, we were initially hesitant, as we were accompanied by many foreign experts and worried that our visit, scheduled for mid-to-late October, would prevent us from fully experiencing the charm of Inner Mongolia. We called the business owner beforehand, and he was very helpful, offering advice, checking the weather in advance, and providing travel suggestions. He assured us that although it was the off-season and nearing the end of their business year, they would still operate with professionalism and service. On the day of our arrival, it was rainy, and many desert facilities were closed. However, to allow us to experience the vastness of the desert, at our colleagues' insistence, the owner arranged for us to take an off-road vehicle for a desert tour despite the light rain. The younger members of our group ran and chased each other happily in the desert, their spirits unaffected by the rain. There were sand-fixing sample plots next to the hotel, and the photovoltaic factory was only about 30 kilometers away. We not only learned about the country's desertification control projects and ingenuity but also experienced the vastness of the desert – a truly enriching trip. The restaurant owned by the business owner offered authentic Inner Mongolian service and cuisine. Young women in ethnic costumes introduced us to local customs and welcomed us with music. At night, the owner warmly welcomed us with a campfire to ward off the chill and dampness of the overcast sky – a truly heartwarming gesture. Our foreign friends were deeply moved by the owner's hospitality, praising the warmth, wisdom, and diligence of the Chinese people. The owner also introduced us to the main industries of Ordos. As geographers, ending our research trip in Ordos was definitely the right decision! Thank you to the owner and all the staff for their care. The accommodation had air conditioning and a smart toilet, and it was very close to the Singing Sand Dunes, where we could see adorable camels roaming the desert. As the weather grew colder, we hoped our stay would bring the owner a successful end to the year, and that in the future, their professionalism, enthusiasm, and first-class accommodations would provide more guests with a truly welcoming experience! "Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!"

"The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, covering everything from check-in and luggage handling to transportation. Every staff member had a great attitude, which is quite rare and appreciated. The all-inclusive package was fantastic – three buffet meals, activities, and shows, definitely worth the price. So far, aside from the yurt accommodations being a bit basic (though excellent for a yurt!), everything else has been perfect. The biggest surprise was the evening performance, 'Nomad's Home,' which was an immersive experience showcasing Mongolian culture. With live Mongolian dance lessons, a bonfire, fireworks, and a DJ, it had such a great vibe! I personally think it offers better value than the Lotus and Xiangsha resorts!"

"It's so worry-free to stay at Lavande with your baby! Children's slippers, toothbrushes and small toys are provided. The room is spacious and safe. Breakfast includes steamed dumplings and yogurt that babies love, which are nutritious and rich. Lavender sachets were also provided when leaving the hotel. The children were very happy. I will choose this hotel for future travels!"
