"I arrived at 9 AM to check in and was told the room wasn't ready yet as it hadn't been vacated or cleaned. However, thanks to the front desk supervisor's excellent coordination, my parents were able to check in early and settle in comfortably. I booked a super large double room, and it really was huge – you could almost call it a small ballroom! The room's facilities were clean and tidy. The rice noodles for breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Before we left, the supervisor even thoughtfully arranged a high-speed rail drop-off service for us."

"Stayed at the Boya Yue New Chinese Style Hotel with friends and it was amazing! It's a 3-minute walk from the train station, the hot water pressure was excellent, and the brand mattress made for a super comfortable sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered great mountain views, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the wooden furniture felt high-quality. Full marks, highly recommend!"

"The hotel has a fantastic location, just 200 meters from the Grand Canyon exit. The landlady is incredibly warm and hospitable. When I couldn't get a ride from the forest park to the Grand Canyon that night, she specially asked her friend to give me a ride back and kept calling to make sure I was safe. The next day, when I needed to take the high-speed train, she even gave me the contact information for the direct bus so I could buy tickets in advance. In the morning, when I went to the scenic area, she even drove her own car to take me directly to the entrance, worried I'd be waiting. Her thoughtfulness made me feel the warmth of the Hunan people. She even carried my suitcase up to the third floor for me. The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy, with everything I needed. There were many restaurant options; the food wasn't from a fancy restaurant, but the stir-fries were quite tasty. The only downsides were the unstable water temperature, which fluctuated a bit, and the hotel being relatively old, there were some signs of wear and tear and water stains. If you're overly picky about the environment, this hotel is excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Grand Canyon."

"Never been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. Second, we talk about the facilities: the room looks good, but the inside is too crowded, we have to take the two suitcases one by one, otherwise people can't turn around. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there."

When it was cold, I sat in the fire room with the owner to warm myself. When the sun was good, I basked in it. At night, I set off some fireworks. AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands.

TTangfengyisongyuEnvironment: Because I came to Jiangya to soak in hot springs, this homestay became one of the few choices. It is very close to the hot spring center and convenient for travel. After I came here, I found that the name of the store was taken from the homonym of Jiuxiwei, and Jiuxiwei was a frontier guard station established during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. At one time, it had a large jurisdiction. Take a look at the ”Jiuxi Village Chronicle” placed in the guest room and walk around Jiuxiwei Village. It feels very good. The owner is also an entrepreneur who loves history and culture and came from Jiuxi Village.
Hygiene: There are very few guests, and the sanitation work is good, but the waterproof treatment of the shower room is not good, causing water to leak in the bathroom.
Facilities: The homestay is very large, there is no elevator, and the guest room facilities are basically complete. It is estimated that due to the very few guests, no breakfast is provided.
Service: Although the girl at the front desk is not a local, she can also enthusiastically introduce the general situation of Jiuxi Village to the guests, tell us the tour route and the location of breakfast; it’s just that the package we booked, including a double magnesium hot spring, was not actively provided or asked when we checked in, and the professionalism needs to be improved.
During this 20-day trip to Greater Xiangxi, I found that except for a few popular attractions, most of the attractions had only a handful of tourists. Accommodation, catering and shops were also very deserted, which was a far cry from before 2019. This feeling was also confirmed by many tourism practitioners.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the market town of Jiangyan Town. The location is easier to find. The hotel should have been changed from other hotels to e-sports hotels. It is obvious that it has not been long since it opened. We stayed in a double room, but the bedside did not even have a plug-in board, and the whole room had a bedside table. I feel that these aspects need to be strengthened.
