GGuest UserIt's exactly like the picture. The managers are very helpful. The pick-up service is very fast. I recommend that you try the breakfast, which is very tasty. the room was very clean. had a good rest in silence. It is pleasant to take a walk while waiting for the plane surrounded by trees nearby. I am glad that I had a good rest after shower. Between flights again, we will stay here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is small, located at a crossroads, making it easy to find, convenient for commuting, and not noisy. The facilities are very new, with smart technology throughout, including a smart toilet. The service is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant, which includes breakfast. I had dinner there, which was delicious, affordable, and generous. I took some photos of the meal.

The hotel we chose to stay in when we went on a family trip really brought us an experience beyond our imagination. We couldn't help but praise it. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the convenient parking area at the door made us feel convenient. The staff was very enthusiastic. Entering the room was even more eye-catching. The room was spacious and bright. The view outside the window was like a beautiful painting. The cliff opposite the room was majestic and magnificent, adding a bit of the heroic spirit of nature. When you open the curtains, you can see such a beautiful scenery, and your mood is particularly comfortable. This hotel is a good choice for self-driving in Zhangjiajie.

Very nice and clean room, and very supportive and friendly staff ( Linda in reception and Xiao in transport service). The only issue was that the hotel's address was not clear, so to order a car via the Didi app was impossible. I had to message the property via my Booking page in trip.com and They arranged a free pick up from the place I was to take me to the hotel.
