"This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance."

"Our Longemont trip with the kids was a huge success! ✨ Staying at the Animal World Hotel, we could see small animals right from our balcony. Stepping downstairs, we had direct access to the park and the grand circus, so no long commutes were needed at all. The playful themed room completely won us over. Both the older and younger kids had a blast, and it made it easy for us parents too. Plus, the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! ☺️"

"Service: The service was excellent. A specialist contacted us a day in advance to help arrange a room with a fantastic view of the fireworks. They even sent a reminder message when it was time. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I'm very satisfied. Facilities: It's a bit of a shame there's no fridge. The foot traffic is really high. We stayed two nights but couldn't get a table at the rooftop restaurant. The performance venue is conveniently located right across the street, but it gets very crowded and a bit hot. It's better to watch the fire show and fireworks from the room. Overall, I'm very happy with the room."

"As a thirty-something adult traveling with a sixty-something senior, we still had a blast, haha! You could even call it a parent-child activity. We paid an extra 150 at the front desk to upgrade to a room with a view, allowing us to watch the fireworks directly from the balcony (though watching them from the scenic area was even more spectacular, so much so that with the background music, I was truly moved to tears by the beauty). Food delivery is available, and if you order before 10 PM, there's a good variety: rice noodles, bibimbap, stir-fries, malatang, milk tea, and desserts are generally all there, and the prices are reasonable. However, late at night, only BBQ is available, and it's quite expensive – I remember the minimum order was over 80. But there's also a convenience store in the hotel, so if you tend to get hungry at night, you can buy instant noodles and sausages beforehand. The store also has ice cups and pre-cut fruit, and it closes at 10 PM. So, as long as you plan your time well, eating, drinking, and having fun is very easy. The suite's facilities are a bit old, but at this price, I don't think there's anything to complain about. A great plus is having two full bathrooms, so there's no need to fight over the toilet or shower. Overall, the value for money is quite high, especially for childish lazy people like us. You can stay for three or four days without leaving the hotel and have a great time."

"Parking is very convenient, both on the ground and underground. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also good. It may be that they are all my favorites. The service is great. Because baby food needs to be refrigerated, the front desk thoughtfully put it in the hotel refrigerator and also provides midnight snack service. "The hotel left a strong impression of disparity. While the exterior facade looked grand, the interior hardware, climate control, bathroom facilities, and overall hygiene all had significant shortcomings. 1. **Ineffective Climate Control Throughout:** The cooling in all public areas, including the lobby and restaurant, was extremely poor, making prolonged stays uncomfortable. Some areas even relied on portable air coolers. The in-room air conditioning barely functioned; it needed to be set to 1-2℃ and run for several hours before the room temperature would slowly drop. 2. **Aging and Damaged Bathroom Facilities, Poor User Experience:** The bathroom equipment showed severe wear and tear. The showerhead was badly clogged, resulting in a sporadic, weak trickle of water. When attempting to fill the bathtub, water leaked out as it was being filled. The bathroom facilities clearly lacked regular inspection and maintenance. 3. **Inadequate Room Hygiene Control, Prominent Insect Problem:** Small flying insects frequently appeared in the room, on the duvet, and on the curtains. Although there was a sign on the balcony door instructing guests to contact staff if they saw insects, it begs the question of why daily pest control isn't proactively performed during cleaning. 4. **Set-top Box Repeatedly Crashed for No Reason.** On the bright side, the hotel staff's attitude and response speed were satisfactory."

"The hotel is in the city, the space and facilities are pretty good, the breakfast is relatively complete, and you can get free coupons for parking. Overall, it is good. One thing needs to be improved, the sanitation is not cleaned carefully, and the fruit left in the drawer by the previous guest has become moldy and has not been cleaned up!"

"Staying with a child was a 5-star experience! The hotel is super close to Taihu Ancient Town, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and bright, with good soundproofing, and the bedding was so soft that we slept really well. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even giving us a heads-up about showtimes. The breakfast had a great variety, and my child loved it. Overall, it was comfortable and great value for money. I highly recommend it for families with kids!"

They wouldn't process anything unless I strongly requested it. The air conditioning didn't heat up, the TV couldn't connect to the internet, and the restaurant provided false information. However, they eventually resolved the issues after I insisted. The service quality doesn't deserve a 5-star rating."
