Longemont Taihu Lake Town Hotel

Thanks to the service of the housekeeper Xiao Wei, there are few people in the off-season and the stay experience is very good. The view from the hotel is so good that I didn’t even want to go out after checking in. When the weather gets warmer, I will come back to experience a different scenery.

This is my second time staying at Guzhen Hotel. The service is as considerate as ever, especially the housekeeper Xiao Shen. He is very considerate and contacted me with relevant information before check-in. I also received 2 breakfasts for children when I checked in and arranged them in the room. It also provides children’s toiletries and a wealth of travel guides, making it much easier for me to take my children to play! I left my clothes in the room when I checked out, and they were sent to my home the next day! It’s really great!

Parking is very convenient and check-in and check-out are very convenient. The housekeeper Xiao Han was in contact throughout the process and answered all questions and was considerate. The penguins are very cute and the breakfast is rich. It is very close to the ancient town and the animal world. It is suitable for bringing family and children to play together.

The hotel is really grand. When you enter the lobby, you can see the little penguins that are only found in Antarctica. They are very cute. The children like them very much. When I checked in at the front desk of the hotel, the receptionist Xiao Wen was very thoughtful and helped me arrange the room. Sure enough When I got to the room, I was very satisfied. As soon as the balcony door was opened, I saw the whole ancient town of Taihu Lake, with a panoramic view of the fireworks and water shows. Xiaowen looked like a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart, and she was a local. After adding me on WeChat He also recommended me delicious and fun things in Huzhou, which is really more useful than hiring a tour guide! When I first checked into the room, there was a little hygiene problem. After I reported it to Xiao Wen, the guest, Manager Zheng, immediately called me and took it very seriously. He went to the room to personally apologize and asked the room staff to clean it. He also added WeChat to me later, Manager Zheng He was very happy to answer my questions. When I came home the next day, I found that the tire pressure was insufficient. When I asked Manager Zheng about the nearby maintenance point, he immediately found me to check the air pressure. He saw that there was no nail. He thought it was simply insufficient air pressure, so he took I used my personal air pump to replenish my air, and finally reminded me to check it before getting on the high speed! I really like this level of service, and I will bring friends with me next time!

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is clean and tidy. From the room, you can see the beautiful scenery of the nearby ancient town and the distant Taihu Lake. The intoxicating beauty of Taihu Lake and the fireworks show at night are quite shocking, and it is worth visiting. The hotel's Xiaoding service is considerate, and he arranged the check-in and itinerary for us in advance, especially when I booked the wrong package with Ctrip at the beginning, and also helped me replace it intimately, which is very good.
