Our stay was wonderful. The room was nice and even came with a few free attraction tickets. Our kids loved seeing the penguins in the lobby. The best part was the amazing view from our room, especially at night when we could watch the fireworks right from the hotel. We would stay here again.

Came here on May 2025 for fireworks. Chose the ancient view room for fireworks on Saturday night. The room door was quite heavy and it slammed loudly. We could even hear slammed from next door. The Taihu Ancient street opposite was quite a disappointment as only middle section was opened at late evening. From late evening they have performance n shows at few locations, which were quite entertaining. Recommend to stay 2 nights will do. The Snow city was quite small and nothing much. Should try the drive thru zoo as it was quite an experience. The circus show was so-so and the price was quite expensive.

i am so surprised staying hotel
i have been to Huzhou several times , as my experiences it is best.
Speaking chinese is problem, so 管家小娜 is added my wechat.
When i send wechat, 管家小娜 take care of special services.
Before arrive hotel, 管家小娜 cantact to me i can enroll my car as well.
i am satisfied 😆

Specially booked this to watch the new year eve fireworks at taihu ancient town. Hotel is located opposite the ancient town but there is not much else in the area. Room is big and clean. Breakfast has a good variety.

We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.
