"Stayed here with my family, and the hotel environment was pretty good. It was quiet enough for sleeping, and the room was spacious and bright. Parking wasn't very convenient though. The worst part was that they charged us for extra bottled water after we finished the complimentary ones!"

"1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! I'll definitely stay here again next time. (ง•̀_•́）ง"

However, the room design was poor, the workmanship was terrible, and the air conditioning controller was installed out of guests' reach. The restaurant's dining environment was quite nice. The hotel parking lot is a nearby public parking lot, not hotel-owned, but it's spacious and convenient. I expected a three-star hotel to be of higher quality, but the actual experience fell short. I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends."

"Clean room, good interior. Room was marketed as ”River-/Lakeview” & any reasonable person would agree it was not Lakeview. It was city view. See the picture attached. The river was barely visible between two high rise buildings, but only when pressing the face against the window. To the left was only city. The window was facing east. Pictures faces south."

"I am really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time! When I booked a room online, I thought it was clean and bright from the pictures. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the real thing was exactly the same as the photo. The hotel environment is very good. You can smell a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The lobby is spacious and warm. The facilities in the room are very complete, with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, and even a small refrigerator. The bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. There is no water stain in the bathroom, the toilet and shower room are polished, and it is very safe to live there. The most touching thing is the service. It is very comfortable to stroll around the small courtyard after dinner, maybe the weather is getting cold! Traveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good. The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot. The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense. The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable. The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities. The front desk service was very good. Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

Room details: mattress soft as clouds, dry and wet separated bathroom, spotless Public area: clean and tidy Employee attitude: the girl at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, warm and thoughtful” Value-added services: free parking, mineral water, good night dessert, late night canteen gift. Breakfast quality: authentic Changde flavor, as well as a variety of pasta, fruits, etc. Cost-effectiveness: compared with hotels of the same level, the price advantage is obvious. I come back every holiday, feel at home, as warm as home

Not bad. It's very convenient to go to the Mercury Building. The front desk is very nice. They explain everything in detail about storing things and checking in and out. I will choose this hotel again next time. Recommended.

Checking in was a hassle from the start. The location was tricky to find; it said 7th floor, but you actually had to go to the 1st floor to check in. When I asked the front desk, they said several hotels were merged and you had to check in separately. I had booked in advance, but when I arrived to check in, they told me they might not have a suitable room. The front desk suggested that if I wasn't happy, I could just check out. This was during the May Day holiday, and I had planned and booked ahead. They didn't inform me of this situation beforehand, just wanted to dismiss me by offering a refund. What's up with that? As expected, when I checked in, there were only three leftover rooms to choose from – either incredibly smelly or tiny. What was the point of booking a room then? I had no choice but to take the small room. Thinking about it now, it's really infuriating. The service was absolutely subpar. Besides the small room, the hotel uses one floor as two, so the ceiling height is very low, making it feel incredibly cramped. Even the picture of the hotel's main entrance is fake. I do not recommend this place at all. The price was already double the usual rate for May Day. Enough said, I will never come back.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

A good stay for a day stop at Changde. The price was really good when I booked. All needed basic anemities are there and would be a great location if you planning to get to the Railway station (which is just infront of the hotel) the next day like me as there's an underground passage just right infront of the hotel. May be a little difficult to find the entrance but easy ti ask around. Dint get to see the receptionist though when we checked in but there's this lady nice enough to assist us.

Hotel location is OK, different from Gaode navigation positioning, call the consultation service staff attitude is general, guide the way to find. Free parking is available, which is quite good. Some of the room facilities are quite new. But there is no hair dryer, the slippers are broken, the TV sound is very small, the remote control can't be adjusted, and the waiter is called to get it done. The air conditioner can't blow hot air (the room is cold), and then call the waiter. I changed a person's attitude as old. Fortunately, there is a hot air heater, except for a while. About service: Maybe people here are like this.
