"When you first checked in during the day, you thought the room was quite big and quite quiet. When someone checked in at around 12 o'clock in the evening, you would find that there was no soundproofing at all. In the middle of the night, the sound of the door closing and the stools moving were heard. The voices and speaking voices were all very clear. After looking at the layout of the room on the left, it should be that a loft has been converted into two rooms. The one we live in downstairs is directly a room when the door is opened, and the one on the left is upstairs. There is a staircase leading up to the door and you will find a room. It is obvious that there is no sound insulation between the two rooms. Of course, if you are lucky and there is no one staying next to you, it is still a good choice."

However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! "Clean room, good interior. Room was marketed as ”River-/Lakeview” & any reasonable person would agree it was not Lakeview. It was city view. See the picture attached. The river was barely visible between two high rise buildings, but only when pressing the face against the window. To the left was only city. The window was facing east. Pictures faces south."

However, the room design was poor, the workmanship was terrible, and the air conditioning controller was installed out of guests' reach. The restaurant's dining environment was quite nice. The hotel parking lot is a nearby public parking lot, not hotel-owned, but it's spacious and convenient. I expected a three-star hotel to be of higher quality, but the actual experience fell short. I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends."

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good. The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot. The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense. The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable. The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities. The front desk service was very good. Traveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the Poetry Wall and Chunsheng Pavilion. I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich!
