Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest.

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good. The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot. The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense. The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable. The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities. The front desk service was very good. I wanted to continue my stay, and then helped to fight for a good price with the sales manager.

Excellent location, opposite Changde Station, near Happy City, eating, drinking and having fun, quite convenient! 10 minutes drive to Changde River Street, Liuye Lake Beach Park, Kale Planet, Happy Water World is also a 10-minute drive! Changde Wanda Plaza, Poetry Wall Park 8 minutes by car! The hotel can choose a room by video, immersive, and the price is very high! Take pictures.

Comfortable hotel near Changde station. Very helpful staff: they try to speak English and they are able to have themselves understood. If you have to catch an early train, be reminded that the breakfast starts at 7 (we would have been allowed to have a takeaway breakfast but we didn't have time to).

From Xi'an to Hainan by car, I stayed at the Liyi Hotel. I found a very good hotel according to the high-scoring standards. It was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient. The back was the German town. It was very convenient to eat, live and travel. The towels and bedding were white. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. The park behind the hotel, The scenery is pleasant, you can go for a walk after dinner, very satisfied, Changde is a beautiful city.

I'm absolutely smitten with the Waldorf Hotel after my visit to Changde! First off, I have to rave about the room – it's incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out and expansive layout. There's no cramped feeling whatsoever, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is also top-notch, with attention to detail that really makes you feel cared for, leading to an excellent overall experience. And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! All in all, this is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel in Changde that's worth booking~

Checking in was a hassle from the start. The location was tricky to find; it said 7th floor, but you actually had to go to the 1st floor to check in. When I asked the front desk, they said several hotels were merged and you had to check in separately. I had booked in advance, but when I arrived to check in, they told me they might not have a suitable room. The front desk suggested that if I wasn't happy, I could just check out. This was during the May Day holiday, and I had planned and booked ahead. They didn't inform me of this situation beforehand, just wanted to dismiss me by offering a refund. What's up with that? As expected, when I checked in, there were only three leftover rooms to choose from – either incredibly smelly or tiny. What was the point of booking a room then? I had no choice but to take the small room. Thinking about it now, it's really infuriating. The service was absolutely subpar. Besides the small room, the hotel uses one floor as two, so the ceiling height is very low, making it feel incredibly cramped. Even the picture of the hotel's main entrance is fake. I do not recommend this place at all. The price was already double the usual rate for May Day. Enough said, I will never come back.

I've stayed here twice and it's quite popular, but this time it wasn't as busy as before. This hotel has been open for many years. Located outside the city, it's easy to get to the highway without traffic jams, and parking and charging stations are convenient. The facilities are a bit dated, and the interior decoration is also a bit old. Cleanliness is acceptable, and the space is quite large, but the room does have a slightly musty smell upon entering, which is alleviated by turning on the air conditioning. This time we had a lake view room, which was lovely. We also had dinner at the hotel. The fish head set menu was large and delicious. 😋 They also have other dishes at a very reasonable price. It's a popular place for locals to host banquets and get togethers.

This is my second visit, and the scenery is still as beautiful as ever. The ladies at the front desk and the drivers are all very warm and friendly. The air in the mountains is incredibly fresh. The hotel also hosted a fun bonfire party, and the atmosphere was very lively. The buffet had a rich variety of dishes, including Changde's special rice noodles. The kids had a blast, and the housekeeper was very responsive and kind. This hotel truly embodies the city within a peach blossom haven. I will definitely choose it again next time, and I look forward to another visit.
