"1. When checking in, the front desk seemed unsure about the room type, and it took them a while to confirm and complete the check-in process.
2. I suggest placing paper cups or plastic cups in the children's room, as well as unbreakable toothbrushes and other toiletries. This would prevent breakages or potential injuries to children, and avoid compensation claims. No one wants to see a child get hurt.
The service needs further improvement.

I often stay here. Du Qin in the hotel is very nice and very welcoming. She often says hello when she meets someone from far away. It feels like coming home. "The room was spacious and comfortable. They had the ventilation and air conditioning on beforehand, and slippers were conveniently placed by the bed and bathroom door – very thoughtful details. It seems to be a high-end hotel; the atmosphere is luxurious from the lobby onwards, with a small, charming shopping area, a landscaped garden for strolling, and a separate building housing a gym and swimming pool. I think I stayed in a lower-end room; there are likely better executive rooms available at very competitive prices. It was a bit old-school, though, with things like instant noodle playing cards in the bar and small price tags for extra charges. The room had thick carpets throughout, which felt a bit odd for a high-end hotel. At checkout, the front desk asked if I had any suggestions for improvement, which I hesitated to offer. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience; they didn't affect my stay and was very comfortable and pleasant."

"First off, I have to say the service at this hotel was exceptional, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. They were all incredibly helpful in resolving any issues we had. My only gripe is with Trip.com – if you're going to offer free breakfast, just give it for both days! It was bizarre to only get one serving per room per day. Or at least let us redeem it with points. The description on their page was also very unclear, which led to some misunderstandings between us, the front desk, and the breakfast staff. However, they handled it beautifully, and even left us a gift in our room when we returned on the second afternoon – a huge thank you to them again! When we checked in, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and two technicians came twice to fix it, eventually getting it sorted. My final suggestion for the hotel management would be to upgrade the room infrastructure; the materials felt a bit on the weaker side, especially for a Holiday Inn. On the upside, the location is fantastic, connected directly to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient."

Thankfully, the mattresses here were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and my folks absolutely loved them. The bathroom had non-slip flooring, which made showering feel very safe. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful throughout my long stay for work. They were able to assist me with all my issues.
The food for breakfast was awesome and delicious, with a lot of varieties. They also have free flow coffee and tea - which made my day everyday. 😍
The facilities were perfect - gym and washer dryer.
Able to handle my laundries fast too.
The rooms are very clean with daily cleaning service. Good aircond, TV, internet and sound proofing.
Safe place to stay.
There are many stores down for food.
Located nearby many attraction places.
Definitely worth a stay including foreigners!

The room was clean and tidy. The riverside king-size room had a great environment and a wide view. The front desk lady, Ms. Zhang Wei, was very friendly and provided a fruit plate upon check-in. She also introduced the culture and geography of Bazhong, recommended delicious food, and even upgraded her king-size room for free. This is commendable. The hotel's breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied.

Facilities: Excellent, well worth the price. Everything is smart home technology, even the hot tub water has a 24-hour constant temperature hot circulation.
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. There wasn't even a fallen leaf in the courtyard, proving it's very well-maintained.
Environment: Located on the mountaintop of Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area, you can see the fog-shrouded Guangwu Mountain as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. It can be said to be the most high-end guesthouse in the Guangwu Mountain area. It has a hot tub, a chess and card room, and a private courtyard, suitable for families and friends.
Service: The staff are very helpful. They greeted us from afar and were very welcoming. The manager even kindly treated us to dinner, which was delicious.

AxueerThe room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay.

YangguangwujiaThe rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop.
