"1. When checking in, the front desk seemed unsure about the room type, and it took them a while to confirm and complete the check-in process. 2. I suggest placing paper cups or plastic cups in the children's room, as well as unbreakable toothbrushes and other toiletries. This would prevent breakages or potential injuries to children, and avoid compensation claims. No one wants to see a child get hurt. The service needs further improvement. The room view is good."

"The service attitude of all staff is rated 5 out of 5, and the hotel's external environment is also rated 5 out of 5. There are many charging stations, including DC fast charging. The only downside is that the basement is a bit hard to find, with no clear signage. A minor drawback is that, to save electricity, the main unit was probably set to 26 degrees Celsius. No matter how low the air conditioning was set in the room, it remained around 26-27 degrees Celsius during the day, which was too hot. It only dropped to 25 degrees Celsius at night. I asked for a desk lamp, but it was a cheap one with a glaring blue LED light that hurt my eyes. I asked for a fan, but they brought me an air cooler, which had weak airflow, was noisy, and completely useless. It would have been much better to have a few ordinary fans like Midea or AUX that you could easily buy online for a few dozen yuan. The biggest drawback is the breakfast. Many ingredients were not fresh, and the taste was the worst I've ever had. I especially want to criticize the watermelon, which was 100% leftover. The sweet fermented rice balls were bland and tasted like chewing wax. The pastries in the pastry section were mostly leftovers and didn't taste fresh. I paid an extra 79 yuan for breakfast for two when booking the room, which was worse than ordering takeout. A word of advice: choose the room type without breakfast at this hotel, and absolutely do not pay extra for breakfast!!! The owner is so stingy and has no conscience."

"Family, if you're visiting Bazhong, I highly recommend Guangyu E-Sports Hotel. It's super convenient, with free parking downstairs. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room; it was much cleaner than I expected, and the bedding was so soft it felt like being wrapped in a cloud. For an e-sports hotel, the computer configuration is simply amazing. Teaming up for online gaming was seamless, and the gaming experience was fantastic. The service was also exceptionally attentive. The front desk staff was welcoming and patient, promptly meeting any requests. The price was also very reasonable, and the value for money was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bazhong!"
