"I stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was pretty good. The location is excellent, with all sorts of delicious food right outside – I tried 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), 'Biancaifen' (noodle dish), hot pot, 'Xuehualao' (shaved ice dessert), and more. Next door is Wangjie Food Street, which is very lively. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Chinese Character Museum, so I could spend the morning there, head back to the hotel for a rest, and then visit the Anyang Museum, Beidajie, and Cangxiangjie in the afternoon, which are a bit further out. The hotel lobby has cards introducing Anyang's attractions, and the scent of coffee fills the air, making it feel very welcoming."

"Choosing the Dongyuan Hotel for this trip was an absolute delight! The service from receptionist Xiao Su was exemplary; she was friendly throughout, efficient and quick with check-in, and thoughtfully provided useful information such as the hotel's swimming pool, gym, and breakfast hours. She even proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view – her attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were complete and high-end, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel's overall environment was elegant, the services were comprehensive, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. "Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

"I specifically requested a quiet room upon check-in, but they gave me a workroom located further inside. I asked the staff last night, and they said there wouldn't be frequent coming and going. The workroom door needs fixing; it's creaking loudly. This morning, the staff were chatting animatedly, and the clattering of washing utensils was unbearable. I opened the door and stared at them for a long time, but they didn't seem to notice. Don't you have any service awareness?"

"The location is excellent, right next to the exit. You can see the big sign as soon as you get off the train. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very warm and attentive, answering all our questions. When we told them the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to fix it. My husband and I were very satisfied. We hope you keep up the great work, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area."

The service of the young lady is considerate and the arrangements are meticulous. It's really warm. This trip was rushed and I left on the morning of the 1st. Because I had stayed at the Ctrip Farm in Kanas before, I booked here without hesitation. As expected, everything was in place and thoughtful. I can't tell which young man and young lady impressed me the most, because each of them is very considerate, so I thank them all! Next time I come, this is still the first choice, and I have told my family that Ctrip is also the first choice when going to other places.

XxynnerThis hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed. Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter. The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China. Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe. Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium. The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time. Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests. I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on: - many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore. - room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

Hygienic: Quite clean and very assured. Environment: The surrounding area is close to the road and the transportation is convenient. It is not far from the Red Banner Canal. There is a restaurant next to it, and there is a small shop selling specialties. Service: very warm and thoughtful.

KKHHimagesThe hotel was clean but there didn't seem to be enough staff at reception, I was kept waiting for more than 10 mins even though there wasn't a queue, The laundry room was good apart from the fact they hid the detergent under the sink and no one knew exactly where it was. Their breakfast time was also only 2 hours, whereas every other hotel I stayed at was 3 hours.

GGuest UserOn the last day of my Henan trip, I chose this hotel, and it was truly a find. I even regretted not staying here before. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent. The front desk lady, the cleaning lady, and the waitress in the restaurant were all incredibly polite and courteous. And for breakfast, they even had wraps—a completely new experience. The hot dishes were all very affordable, with a good selection of both meat and vegetables, and they were truly delicious. This restaurant has made me a true believer in this brand.

Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes. Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

PParsa BarhaghiThe hotel served as a great location to the nearby bus stations and train station. The room was very large and even came with a separate room with a twin bed. The breakfast was easy to check in with using a hotel card swipe to validate the breakfast is paid for. The choices were decent, but for me the fruit was lacking and I expected more availability. The front desk in the evening when checking is was not the most helpful and treated us foreigners with some level of disgust.
