"The hotel itself is undeniably five-star in its construction, decor, and service. However, to be honest, some of the facilities, especially the bathroom, are a bit dated. There was no iron or ironing board provided, and the room ventilation wasn't great, leading to a slight odor. Additionally, when we checked in, there were already water stains on the shower glass partition and the bathroom floor. All other major facilities were fine, from the air conditioning to the lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5."

"This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The rooms were huge and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly. Since I was driving, parking was easy, and it was super close to the highway exit. It's located in the same compound as the Anyang State Guest House, so the environment was lovely. There's even a convenience store downstairs, making laundry very convenient. The breakfast was also great; it's been a long time since I've had vegetables in Henan, a province known for its carbohydrates, and the vegetable dishes at breakfast were all delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Anyang!"

"First of all, the service was great. I took the initiative to upgrade the deluxe double room. The staff were very enthusiastic. After checking in, I asked where the elevator was. Miss sister came out of the service desk and kept bringing me to the elevator. No matter when I met the hotel staff at any location, I would greet warmly. Feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom, shower, washstand are separated, very wide, there is a cloakroom, the countertop can put the suitcase, much better than the kind of can be placed on the sofa or writing desk. The breakfast is rich and the key tastes good. The baby can eat two bowls of small wontons every morning, and there is a local specialty meal area. The flat dish is tasted here. There is also a swimming pool in the shop, 1.2 to 1.5 meters deep, especially suitable for children. It is still a garden hotel, and the small garden is pleasing to the eye. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions."

"I came here to write a good review. This smart hotel is very comfortable. The whole house intelligent system is very easy to use, voice control curtains, lighting air conditioning, full of technology. The robot delivery is too convenient. You don't need to go downstairs to order takeaways, and it is delivered directly to the door of the room. The efficiency is very high. The room is hygienic, the environment is clean, the sound insulation effect is OK, and the rest is not disturbed at night. "Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature.

I recently stayed at this ORANGE HOTEL and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured my room was spotless.The facilities were top-notch. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The fitness center was fully stocked with quality equipment, and laundry.  As for the food, the hotel’s restaurant they had a good food especially for me milk eggs bread and butter was good.  Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The Wanda Plaza for shopping and dining was very close. It truly deserves a five-star rating!

The daylight is very good and no photos are taken. At night, the courtyard is full of beauty, parking is also very convenient, the environment is clean and tidy, there are several restaurants and snacks at the door, the front desk lady is very sweet and very sweet. It feels like it has a government background, like a government guesthouse, and many of the staff inside wear party badges. I booked this hotel because I was fooled by the four stars. This is the nearest four-star hotel near Cangxiang Street in the old city. The room facilities are relatively complete, but they are very old, especially when taking a shower, the moisture in the toilet is difficult to discharge. The breakfast is very ordinary, with relatively few varieties. The local specialty flat noodle soup does not seem to be cooked, but feels like it is washed out. The only good thing is that the front desk lady and the room service staff have a good attitude. It is recommended that the hotel should be renovated, otherwise it is unworthy of such a good location, or it can consider negotiating with the local tourism bureau to remove the stars (similar to removing A from scenic spots).

Service: The landlord is enthusiastic and introduced us to the surrounding and local conditions Environment: The yard is not along the road, clean. The road into the small courtyard is clean. Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes. Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

The hotel served as a great location to the nearby bus stations and train station. The room was very large and even came with a separate room with a twin bed. The breakfast was easy to check in with using a hotel card swipe to validate the breakfast is paid for. The choices were decent, but for me the fruit was lacking and I expected more availability. The front desk in the evening when checking is was not the most helpful and treated us foreigners with some level of disgust.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and it was quiet at night. The front desk service was very good, and I was patient to help me solve any problems.
