It would be beneficial to provide a bar of soap in the room, especially for those with oily skin or who don't like using shower gel. Soap is a standard feature in larger hotels. No plastic slippers were provided, so you have to shower barefoot, which can be slippery and dangerous. Providing slippers would be recommended. The soundproofing was okay, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. However, improvements to the above points would make the room even better!

The room facilities are excellent; it's clean, bright, and I particularly loved the view of the mountains and stream from the room, giving a very peaceful and comfortable feel. The service from the lady staff member was gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I don't know her name, I really appreciated her. The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good! I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

This stay was a pleasant surprise; the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room free of charge. The view was expansive and the scenery was exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was provided, but the selection was rather limited; it was filling but not particularly varied. Overall, there's room for improvement in cleanliness, which I hope will be addressed in future updates. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the price was reasonable.

Although there are a lot of large trailers coming and going outside, the noise is not bad when the windows are closed and it does not affect my rest.
