When I demanded a refund or proper compensation for cutting my trip short, they had the audacity to offer me a pathetic 20% discount for my ”next stay.” Who in their right mind would ever return to a hotel with zero maintenance and nonexistent customer service? Terrible management, insulting compensation. Avoid at all costs."

It rained that day and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees, but the air conditioner still had to blow cold. Fortunately, there were enough quilts, so I felt better after sleeping. "
