"Booked a 4-night stay but checked out after just 1 night because the service here is a absolute nightmare. The room fan was completely broken, turning the entire room into a literal sauna. To make matters worse, the front desk was permanently abandoned every single time I went down to complain. When I demanded a refund or proper compensation for cutting my trip short, they had the audacity to offer me a pathetic 20% discount for my "next stay." Who in their right mind would ever return to a hotel with zero maintenance and nonexistent customer service? Terrible management, insulting compensation. Avoid at all costs."
