"The hotel is located on main street with food access to the big bridge that connects the villa velha. Not so far away is little favela but if you go the city is a good area. The hotel is designed in 2000 year style so is not super modern but is not vintage. The wet sauna and small swimming pool is a plus. View from the 4th floor is half residents buildings and half mountain, which is the best spot for a picture in the hotel."

"We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow."

"My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail."

"The hotel has an excellent location very close to a bar and restaurant area. It has many shopping near and just a few squares from the beach of the city. I felt it was a safe place. Very good attention to your staff. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very good and I had a very comfortable bed and I stayed a little bit small, though I have to say I knew it was to be by my choice when booking. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly return to this place."

"The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping. The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good."

"Deceptive! I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels. Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality. Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date. Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged."
