GGuest UserO hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

I asked the customer service to communicate later, and it was also positive communication. I waited for an hour. This situation on such a large platform should not happen.
