"It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel with so many problems. First, after inserting the room card to activate the power, it would trip after a minute. This happened repeatedly. I went downstairs to get a new card, and the front desk staff found two green cards among a pile of red ones in a drawer, reprogrammed them, and that finally fixed it. When I returned in the evening, another elderly couple at the front desk was asking about the same issue, so it seems to be a common problem. Secondly, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working, and I needed it. It was only resolved after a hotel staff member came to replace the fridge. The hairdryer in the bathroom was mounted on the wall but didn't work. The showerhead was spraying water from the connection point at the end, and the next day it completely fell off, making it unusable. The service, however, was good. All my requests were responded to promptly, especially the uncle who replaced the fridge – his attitude was great, and he even refused my tip. I apologize again and again for the inconvenience caused by the hotel's facilities."

"We came early because of the train schedule. The receptionist is very helpful to checked us in early and gave bigger room to us.Location is just behind the sarajevo train station but you need to take cab because of the hill. It has wifi and elevator. They accepted card payment.Easy to carry big luggage. No public transport around but the receptionist always helped us to call taxi"

"The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast."

"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality. Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved."

"It used to be a state-owned enterprise! The breakfast was relatively good compared to a hotel! It's like an old-fashioned guesthouse from the 1990s, but the rooms are large and there's a parking lot."

"The best choice for accommodation in Sarajevo's Old Town. The hotel is not big, but very exquisite. It is located in the back street of the old town, which is suitable for strolling around the old street at night. It has a unique style and there are many foods to eat."

"The service was absolutely terrible. The travel agency booked our stay the night before, and we wanted to stay an extra night, so we booked another through Ctrip. On the day we checked in, we asked to extend our stay for another day. They told us to come back to the front desk the next day and try again with our credit card, which would most likely be possible. But when we arrived at the front desk at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told we couldn't extend our stay. We had to move rooms and have to accept a 12:00 PM check-in and a 3:00 PM check-out. The reason was that a group had booked two weeks prior, and they had given us their room number. What kind of excuse is that? I've never heard of that. I was hoping for a convenient extension, but we ended up having to change hotels. After a long argument, they said they'd leave our luggage in the room and move us to the new room once it was ready. I reluctantly accepted that. Also, my friend's room was infested with giant spiders—more than one—and the staff were using paper cups to catch them. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. You should definitely try a better one."

"President Hotel has a perfect location，-Just 1-3 minutes’ walk to the Latin Bridge and Old Town， -5 minutes’ walk to the cable car station，10 minutes’ walk to the Yellow Fortress， Transportation costs €20from/to the airport， €12from the main bus terminal， Also, Hotel staff will help call a taxi for you. They are so nice and polite. 5 minutes’ walk to the ，airport bus stop The breakfast offers a good variety of food，The room is clean and spacious，with plenty of space on both sides of the bed—perfect for placing chargers, phones, handbags, etc. The overall room size is generous"

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"
