Hotels with WiFi in Sarajevo

"This is arguably the best hotel in Sarajevo. The location is excellent, with many large shopping malls nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms are also large. I had a spa treatment; the technique was so-so. Since I didn't have cash, I couldn't leave a tip, so I offered to leave it in the room account, but the masseuse politely declined. It was quite nice. However, an unpleasant incident occurred. Upon check-in, even though I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, and European hotels generally don't require credit card guarantees (none of the other hotels on this trip did), this hotel insisted on taking down my credit card number. About an hour after check-out, the card was fraudulently used. It was terrifying! The transactions were from overseas shopping websites, including American and Korean sites. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel the card. This is likely the work of a hotel employee. It's truly appalling and indicates a problem with the hotel's oversight. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a medical clinic or doctor. In cases of illness (not related to food at the hotel), when I called, they said there was no doctor and I had to go to the hospital myself; they couldn't offer any assistance. Be very careful if you stay at this hotel."

"Great location but two floors have to be climbed to reach our room ; the elevator ends at 9th floor only!  Staff are very friendly. Room 201 is a corner room of a rectangle shape (3by6) metres . Also, it’s extremely hot all day long despite the A/C"

"My friend and I stayed for two nights in Sarajevo, and this Residence Inn offered excellent value for money. The cleanliness deserves full marks; both the room and common areas were spotless, which made our stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, and with two single beds plus a sofa bed, it was enough for the four of us. Although the facilities weren't brand new, they were practical and complete. The hotel's location was the most convenient aspect. We could walk to the Old Town and other main attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. There were also two good local restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find food in the evening. What surprised me was seeing quite a few Asian guests here, which suggests it's a popular choice with a good reputation. The overall environment and service were satisfying, making it suitable for both group travels with friends and solo trips. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo!"

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"

"I will start with the good things: The room was very big. The toilet too. The wi-fi worked very well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Around 5 pm they have some water and cookies for guests. The room was quiet. They had an iron and everything to iron your clothes, security box and a very big window. They have mini bar in the fridge of the room. Not sure about the prices. Not so good things: This hotel is convenient for people who are willing to walk, take a taxi or just don't mind staying in a hotel a bit far from the city center. I consider myself as a great walker and still got exhausted especially because summers are hot as hell. If you stay in a room next to the river be ready to see THOUSANDS of river mosquitoes (they don't bite or annoy you but it was weird to see the window completely covered) they can enter the room but they follow the lights. The window was a bit dusty and the cups for coffee were dusty too. Note: Bosnia has many earthquakes almost every day (something new I learned) so I experienced one. The bed and the lights moved at 4 am but I heard nobody saying anything. Just as FYI."

"The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast."

"The perfect location for a business trip. Easy access to the city centre and historic area. Breakfast could be better, other than that great staff and hospitality, and wonderful views on the rooftop!"

"The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the rooftop. It was a pity we wanted to extend our stay but there were no rooms available. The owner was incredibly kind! 👍 The most enjoyable part of our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina! 👍 Conveniently located near many attractions! 👍 Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended."
