Aanma1212The garden-style guesthouse is beautifully decorated and has a great location, right by the road (a bit noisy from passing traffic at night). Our room was on the second floor, with a balcony offering a fantastic view of the terraced rice fields and peaks across the street. The second floor was slightly obstructed by trees, but the third floor was even better. There were three parking spaces, and you could rent a tram to get to the guesthouse. The manager was very helpful and friendly, and recommended places to eat and visit.
The guesthouse has been open for a few years, but the desks and walls in the family room weren't very clean. The first-floor lobby was dark without lights on. There was no permanent receptionist, and I had to find someone every time I needed something. I hadn't even washed up yet, and my phone needed to be charged after a day of use, when the power went out! No one brought me candles or anything, so I washed up in the dark. I woke up to find two dead crickets on the floor... The breakfast was simple, just enough to fill me up. When I checked out, there was still no one at the front desk, and I had to call for help to carry my luggage downstairs, and then wait for someone.

AAnonymous UserI rarely comment, but I really want to give Fengxi series of B&Bs a thumbs up!
Hygiene: I have stayed in many B&Bs, and Fengxi really can’t fault it. The items provided in the room are free and can be taken away, including minibar, milk and large bottles of mineral water.
Environment: There is a parking lot at the door. There are two delicious restaurants nearby. There is an electric car rental and a small supermarket next to it. It is also very close to Fried Rice Street. It costs five yuan to take a taxi. You can also walk directly to the sightseeing lane and take a sightseeing tour. When we were in the car, we told the driver that we could get off at Fengxi and walk back to the hotel. Especially convenient.
Scenery: I have to admire Fengxi’s location selection. Living on the third floor, looking out looks like a painting! There is also a public terrace on the third floor. Even if your room is below, you can take photos on the third floor public terrace. It is really photogenic!
Service: We have a lot of luggage. When we arrived at Fengxi, two lovely ladies helped us carry four large suitcases up. We asked for help, but the ladies said nothing and ran away with the suitcases, including the housekeeper. (I forgot to ask my name, and he was polite and polite with glasses). No matter what needs or questions we had, he would help answer them in detail. He recommended several photo spots in the scenic spots to me. They are all beautiful. Thank you very much. In short, the service is great. Really considerate!
Breakfast: Although there are not many varieties, it tastes good and is clean. The service staff of the B&B also ate with us.
I’ll stay in Fengxi next time I come!

BBayebabayeFirst of all! The first feeling was very good, because the housekeeper contacted in advance ~ provided strategies, and the gentle ladies and brothers who answered all questions were great.
Secondly, because we were with a young baby, they took the initiative to upgrade the room and provided a great bed guard, which made it much easier for us to take the baby out for the first time. The important thing is that the room is great, the environment is good, and the hygiene is clean, especially the preparation of toiletries is very comprehensive and detailed, which warms my heart.
Finally, get out of bed and come back. It should be happier to see the scenery in the right season. The air is really good. By the way, the breakfast is also delicious~

GGuest UserParking was inconvenient; you had to back up to get out, and the exit was narrow, plus the parking lot below wasn't big enough. It seems like they're still renovating, and some facilities are incomplete. The view from the front desk on the first floor was nice, the terrace was spacious, and the pool view was fantastic—perfect for taking photos. However, once I got into the pool, I found a lot of sediment, which ruined my swimming mood. The room's decor certainly didn't justify the 1200 yuan price tag. The only redeeming feature was the view of rice paddies and mountain peaks from the window in the morning. Also, I really couldn't accept the use of recycled bottles for water in the room. The complimentary fruit was nice. Because of time constraints, afternoon tea was moved to the morning; the staff said they were too busy preparing breakfast, so I didn't get a chance to experience afternoon tea. There was a friendly young woman with bangs who was very helpful and provided detailed explanations. She also created a WeChat group, which was a nice touch.

I chose Xingyi to take my child on a trip during the college entrance examination holiday. I stayed in a hotel in the city for the first two days, and arranged to stay in a homestay in Wanfenglin Scenic Area for the next two days. I booked this Fengsan in advance, mainly because it can be cancelled for free. I didn't expect that after the housekeeper contacted me on the day of check-in, he kept explaining that he hadn't contacted me. Maybe I rejected the strange call as a harassing call. The housekeeper wanted to arrange a pick-up. That night, we gave a very sweet apple and a local fat banana as welcome fruit. My family liked it very much and wanted to know where to buy it. I didn't expect that the housekeeper not only informed the location of the fruit shop in time, but also gave several more. Very considerate.
The small infinity pool of this homestay is at a commanding height. It feels great to be able to swim and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is very homely, and there is sweet soup in the evening. When it rains outside, an umbrella will be quietly placed at the door, and you will feel warm when you open the door. On the last day, we arranged to send you to the airport, and the driver was also very nice. The whole stay was impeccable.

Every day, we could see beautiful rapeseed flowers just by opening the curtains. The service from the housekeeper was even better; when we came back late at night, they even worked overtime to prepare a hearth tea ceremony for us. If we had more time, we would have liked to stay for two more days.

Everyone at the guesthouse was incredibly kind, doing their best to meet guests' needs and offering various forms of assistance. Even though it was past mealtime when we checked in, they still cooked a single meal. For those of us who prefer a relaxed trip, we booked dinner at the guesthouse; it was home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and quite delicious. The kitchen was also visibly clean. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but they did have noodles, which were pretty good. Non-instant coffee could be ordered separately. Overall, it was perfect for a laid-back, relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, my itinerary was also quite relaxed and casual; I only stayed one night. I had already booked hotels for the following days, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer.

GGuest UserWow, this is such an unexpected B&B. The room is clean and tidy, and the ladies and girls are super considerate and nice. When they saw that I was alone with the baby, they immediately helped to put the tatami together so that we could sleep peacefully and comfortably. They also provided us with tips very attentively. The B&B is not in the center of the village, but it is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can rent a car next door. At night, I feel that the B&B is very quiet, like a quiet place in a bustling city, I really like it.
I regretted not booking enough time. This place is perfect for staying for a few more days. We will come again next time!

Opposite the room is the rice fields and Wanfeng Forest. There are delicious restaurants in the nearby villages. Children can play in the rice fields and fish when crossing the road. Came with my parents, aunt, and brothers. The room is large and cozy. There is a mountain view when you open the door. You can rent an electric car within a ten-minute walk. The lady boss took the initiative to tell us a lot of places to play. She even helped call the owner of the electric car store because it was raining and asked them to pick up the car when the rain stopped.
